First time purchasing from here so it was very exciting for me and my kids , Brianna was great !! She made our experience wonderful . She has terrific customer service and made it very quick and simple with how to stuff the animals , gave great advice on how to keep the stuffed animals clean and was very patient with us while making the birth certificates . Went for my sons first birthday to get him a birthday bear for the price of his age. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The process was quick and sweet.

The little ones love coming here (some older kids and adults too). Friendly staff, clean environment, with many options for the kids to choose from.

We took our kiddos there on a field trip for summer camp. The employees were great, patient, engaging, and entertaining! All 3 of our daycare locations went on the same day and the staff didn't bat an eye at the number of kiddos running around. They were informative and organized!

Our first time here. My daughter loves her Chase dog with clothing, and voice box. It's rather highly priced though as the skin was $34 to start, then all the accessories added to the price. Spent over $75 on the one furry friend alone. Pricey really.

I enjoy going to build a bear for the first time. The young lady helping us was very sweet and very helpful. We purchased a cute dog we named Chase. There was a special on some styles I assume are being phased out... 2 for $45 (not including clothes and accessories). Expect to spend as much on accessories.

I got my man this for his 26th brithday! He loves it so much he sleeps with it every night!? he doesn’t sleep next to me anymore because of it ?BUT that is ok he loves it and I love him<3

Absolutely hated the place the ladies were means and they didn't let me do anything the ceremony didn't happen they didn't let me do anything no birth certificate everything was down and they didn't let me take it and rest of it at another place cuz apparently you can't do that but I've done that a thousand times we are we going to build a bear all the time and I have never seen something like this happen
