Blossman Gas excels at SERVICE□ Called Blossman and met Tara (new employee) who did an excellent job explaining the services they offer and how they work hard to onboard new customers.□ Stopped by their office in Douglasville (HWY5) at 9am today and Tara had the new application waiting on me when I arrived.□ In less than 15 minutes the new account was setup, payment made, and delivery added for the same day. Also, Tara walked me thru their mobile app setup.□ Blossman offers a device to track the qty remaining in your underground or above ground tank via their mobile app which is SuperSWEET !!!

I called a year ago to get gas service to my house, told I would get a call-back. Never happened. Apparently businesses today don't want customers or money because that's not how you respond to leads. Really sad American companies operate with such a pathetically low-bar these days. I can't even get gas to my home because of these lazy companies and lazy employees who refuse people basic service.

I have called several times in the past 3 1/2 months. I have emailed the manager as well. He told me someone would pick up the propane tank and no one has come out, called or responded to my email. I do not need it, I have not used it and I Do Not want to be charged for it come January. I don't know what's going on with the company. But, someone need to pick up this tank.

Blossom Gas is pathetic! Trying to get gas delivered and all I get is excuse after excuse. Just paid them $ 1100.00 dollars don’t owe anything else and the tank is almost empty and they can’t get in touch with a driver. Maybe if I call the media and send them to blossom gas they can get an answer for me! To say I’m unhappy with them is an understatement! I want the owner to call me and explain why his employees can’t do a simple task! ????

The tech that came out to my business was not the smartest. They have been servicing our business for years. But TODAY they suddenly couldn’t access our tank ???? the tech insisted he would get stuck if he pulled behind our building. Which they have done every single time they service our tank with out issue. It is not raining, there is no mud. There was dew on the grass which he called “ice” and stated that we would have to pay the wrecker bill if he got stuck. Even after telling him that is the way every tech has always accessed our tank. He also had no quick connection hose to access from the front of our building. Just a huge headache. Needless to say blossman can come get their tank and we will use a different company. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

This company will charge you $50 for a “leak test” and then not perform the leak test, but they will still charge you. Then when you call because you’ve run out of gas less than a month later they’ll tell you “oh we don’t do leak tests unless the pilot lights go off” but they still charge for the leak test they didn’t do. Also, AMERIGAS currently charges $.70 less per gallon. $.85 less per gallon for the first fill up! I’ll never do business with Blossman again, and I’d recommend you don’t either unless you just hate money and reasonable customer service. It’s also worth noting that they did offer to “perform the leak check for free this time since you’ve already paid for it” and they have refunded the $50 (well they said they’d send a check) but that’s too little too late especially once I found out Amerigas is 30% cheaper. If you’re currently a customer of Blossman Gas, I’d really recommend checking your invoices and being certain they did what they charged you for. Amerigas will be performing a leak test and system check and if there is a leak I’ll certainly be pursuing legal action.

I have been trying for months to get a call back from service department to fix a leak and fill my tank. They have yet to call me back making my tank useless and under an agreement for an annual tank rental payment. My next step is to have their tank removed and if they want to hold me to my contract I will sue them for breach of contract.

Didn't have anyone there to fill up my propane tanks. A shame. Would have been a big order. To the reply... I did call the next day as well to see if there was someone there. The reply was no. They are shortstaffed and have no trained technicians. Might as well close this branch down if that's the case.

* Update - If you look at the reviews from the past year, 3 out of 4 customers ranked Blossman Gas with 1 star! And, ALL are based on the attitude of the receptionist. Obviously, her attitude/customer service skills are causing the company to lose customers (and money). “Management” may want to consider hiring a more pleasant replacement.Original review. -The receptionist, that handles deliveries, is very passive-aggressive, and wants to “get you off the phone” quickly. I am a new customer, and scheduled a delivery close to 2 1/2 weeks ago, and still haven’t received product. Counting the initial appointment request, I’ve called three times, trying to get my propane tank filled, with no luck.

I'm a former customer of AAA gas, which was absorbed into Blossman. I called this office trying to find the correct Blossman office that would now service my large tank. The receptionist here was surly and quite obviously has no natural ability in customer service. She informed me that this particular office was not my servicing office, then acted like it was too much trouble for her to look into Blossman's records to find out which location did. I called back a second time, a couple of weeks later, to inquire about a different issue and the same person answered the phone with her same surly, condescending tone and attitude. Like she was too busy and apathetic to do her job. I decided that there are other propane providers that would probably appreciate my business and treat me like a customer rather than a pesky distraction from some more important activity, like checking to see the latest posts on social media.

I showed up with 8, 30 pound tanks that I needed inspected before getting filled. Was told all the gas men were out driving. I asked if I could leave the tanks and the little snot at the desk said they would not be responsible for them if they were stolen.Yeah. I have been here before to get my RV filled and she was just as snotty then also. I remembered but thought she was just PMS'ing. Guess she is just snotty by nature.I will do business elsewhere. I'll pay the extra and use Ace Hardware from now on.

Tried to get a propane tank filled with temperatures in the teens. Three people sitting inside when I asked if I could get the tank filled as we had no heat and I was told they were short handed and could not fill the tank. I guess they were hired to sit on their butts and keep the chairs from running off. When I left they locked the door - worst experience I have ever had with any business. Don't give these people your business, well that will not really be an issue as they will not allow you to do business with them

We love using our local Blossman. They are quick, efficient, professional, and polite. They have competitive pricing and the drivers are very knowledgeable and always super nice. Exceptional customer service!
