They didn't pay off any nikons or Cannon cameras. Dsls on mirrorless. Have to go to Amazon or Walmart which I don't like shopping online

PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW BEST BUY TO INSTALL ANY APPLIANCE IN YOUR HOME. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I purchased a portable air conditioner from Best Buy- Douglasville on June 18. I went on and paid to have Best Buy install it. On June 24, Best Buy’s third-party company, Just Install LLC, sent two people out to install the air conditioner. These individuals were extremely unprofessional and very clearly, didn’t know what they were doing. They installed the air conditioner incorrectly, damaging my screen and window in the process. Whenever I call the customer service line, I reach a different person and it’s clear their calls are outsourced out of the country. After much back and forth,
i decided I wanted Best Buy to send someone out to remove the appliance completely and get a refund. This incompetent company has scheduled the EXACT same contractor who messed up everything in the first place. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Great electronics store! They have a wide variety of products and brands to choose from as well. Also, if you're the type of person who likes to view and physically inspect a desktop computer or laptop before purchasing it, this place is going to be your best option around Douglasville and the surronding area. Staff is also very helpful and knowledgeable, in my opinion.

Very Bad Experience I Had In BestBuy! First Off, I Went to Buy a Phone Case That Stated It Matched My Phone & Guess What? IT DIDN’T MATCH! & My Smart Mug Was Not Smart, It Was Completely Brain Fried. Automatically I should Be Granted a $500 Gift Card for My Inconvenience Because That is False Advertising & Not A Pleasant Experience For the Consumer. Then to Make Matters Worse The Person Who Was Supposed To Help Me Exchange the Case, Made Me Chase Down An Employee For Returns, Instead of Assisting Me or Getting Someone Who Could Assist Me. All He Did Was Point & Said “Oh You Need to Speak With That Associate”. So Unacceptable & Not Only That, I Wasn’t Even Compensated For That Employee’s Wages For Me Doing A Store Associates Job.. Like I Am A Customer. But According to BestBuy, I’m A Second Class Associate, If I Am a Customer Shopping There. Very Controversial Right? I Will Need a Resolution to The Deplorable Behavior Witnessed and Experienced. Also, Girlie At The Front Was Just Staring & Not Helpful Either. Also, I Was Not Greeted With Healthier Options for Beverages, I Prefer Gatorade Zero Over Diabetes Powerade & Coca Cola. This Is Why America is Struggling With Diabetes. We Cannot Mislead Our Country Into More Temptations. Also, Electronics Should Be Proportional To The Types of Products Being Sold & Not So Cluttered. Like Alphabetical Order Would Be Phenomenal and More Appropriate! Let’s Do Better Best Buy! We Need You To Reflect The Community You Serve & Reach To The Consumers Full Potential. & To Think I Went to The Bougie Location. Lol, Yeah Right…

This location never has an available cashier to check me out or to just make a payment. Several men in blue all over the store, but no one ever on hand at the register.

A lot of traffic on the road leading to location. Great customer service. I (and another man) were able to get my curbside order, although we were stuck in traffic and barely made it before closing

Its like walking into a Dollar General in the hood. Most of the shelfs are bare and not stocked. Everything else is locked behind glass. Isles are littered with worthless stuff like microwaves and toaster ovens to make it look full. Put some laundry detergent behind locked glass and it will complete the store.
