Just like their carrollton branch, good for nothing service. Attitude the whole time and no one respects the customer. I woul with draw all of the amount and close all accounts. Very bad service and not customer friendly.

The Hispanic lady Kristina ...kristine...., took 20 minutes to verify a cashiers check from another bank.Then you had the audacity to ask me if I ever deposited checks that large before..........what!!!That was not a large amount whatsoever, plus all you had to do was review my account!IM NOT DOING YOUR JOB FOR YOU LADY!!She was extremely condensending!I felt violated and embarrassed.... ?? .... as if Christine doesn't feel as if black people can be successful too!???.

I submitted important documents to be scanned and emailed to account closer department and they were never sent in. Causing me have to drive back to another branch and submit the documents again. Understaffed so please avoid this location by any means.

This place is a joke! They do not respect appointments! And with there being so little Bank of America centers here in Georgia compared when I was living in New Jersey, I have to travel further just to get to this place. And because I’m a little late for my appointment, you turn me away? Like I said…place is a joke!

Naomi was so sweet and this other hispanic lady that i didn’t have the chance to know hew name as well but Maggie is a bittersweet person, went in today to close my joined account, could do it, everything went fine but went in to also solve a problem with my mom’s FICO account because since she opened a joined account with her husband she was not being able to have access to her score. We tried to show Maggie the app, she brushed it off and after a while i tried to tell her that the problem was that last time my mom was there she changed my mom’s address to her last residence in brazil, what makes no sense because we been living here for almost 5 years now, she shushed me and talked over me while i was trying to explain and who actually listened to me was the very sweet hispanic lady, well, i guess she should just practice her listening skills

WORST WORST bank I’ve ever visited. I was just there to get change for my store and I sat there for almost a hour. I watched the other teller take everyone else except me. The manager was harassing the tellers to take their breaks. Everyone in there was mad and had been waiting for hours. How is this bank still open?

Lines are always ridiculous.NO DRIVE THROUGH.Remove business line!!!!! BECAUSE ITS never open.Black bald older male behind counter is alway dry rude. absolutely the worse yet crowded BOA location in the middle of the suburbs

This location is a dumpster fire. Two separate trips and a hour plus waiting in line each time for simple banking transactions. Drive thru is boarded up. Half the teller windows are boarded up. Plenty of employees milling around asking how you need help, but only 2 people actually helping people. Avoid this branch.

If you need a bank that can give you access to your funds quickly do not use Bank of America, upon opening the account they do not give you a temporary card, a digital card or anything, you must wait at least 14 days before you finally get a card to use, kinda lacking for the year 2023
