I called this location and acquired about rental requirements. I was told you can use a bank card if your credit is above 600 to 640 if not you can only use a credit card with a deposit from $200-$300. “ why are you checking credit anyways” I see why insurance company don’t use this company after wrecks. I will go to hertz I only looked at this site because they sent me a 25% offer. But I’ll stick to my normal companies

The website says some locations take debit cards but they don't tell you which locations do. I got there and couldn't rent a car even though I had the $ in my account.

I USED TO RENT FROM THIS LOCATION BUT I REFUSE AFTER THIS LAST INCIDENT!! WHEN I WAS UPSET BECAUSE THEY NEVER EVER SEEM TO HAVE THE CARS WE RESERVE. THEN THEY HAVE BEEN FALSE ADVERTISING PRICES TO BOOST BUSINESS I AM SURE. WHEN I ARRIVED THERE WERE NO VEHICLES AND WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AN UPCHARGE FOR ANOTHER VEHICLE. BECAUSE THE MANAGER HAS TURNED 10 OTHER PEOPLE AWAY THAT HAD COME FOR THE SAME SALE. PICK UP TRUCK FOR 200 INCLUDING TAXES. I WAS FUMING!!! THEN HE SAID THEY PROBABLY WONT HAVE THE VEHICLE TOMORROW EITHER!!! WHY DO THEY KEEP BOOKING RESERVATIONS WHEN THEY HAVE NO CARS!! THE MANAGER TOLD ME VERBATIM ......THIS IS WHY WE HAVE COMPETITORS. HE WAS SOOO IGNORANT BUT CORRECT!! HE WAS SOOO CORRECT MY MONEY SPENDS THE SAME NO MATTER WHERE I GO. I TOOK MY BUSINESS TO PEOPLE THAT APPRECIATE THE CONUMER. TOLD THEM MY STORY SHOWED THEM MY RESERVATION AND THEY DID SOMETHING YOU COULDN'T. MATCHED THE PRICE AND SENT ME A 15 PERCENT VOUCHER FOR MY NEXT RENTAL!! SOO I WOULD LIKE TO ACTUALLY THANK YOU SIR ? TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ENTERPRISE, BUDGET AND EVEN TURO FOR THOSE WHO DONT WANT TO USE YOUR CREDIT CARDS!! JUST TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! IF I CAN RECOUNT HOW MUCH OF MY TIME AVIS HAS WASTED OVER THE PAST 3 YEARS AT THIS LOCATION!! LIKE EVEN THE MANAGER SAID......THIS IS WHY WE HAVE COMPETITIORS, SOO DONT WASTE TIME LIKE I HAVE DONE. PLEASE, PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

5 Stars and more!! When another rental car agency left us stranded at Atlanta Airport this agency came to our rescue. Not only did they reserve a car for the next day, they called prior to our initial pick-up time to explain a delay then called when the car was ready. The owners were very professional with excellent service. They never knew how much it meant but my family was here to celebrate my brother's 80th birthday. What a memory and we're forever grateful.

Made a reservation and then the Avis representative calls me to tell me they don’t have anything and told me no one else does either. ??♀️ they said newnan would be the only one and that i would need to call them. I would think he would be able to look and see or even call for me! That’s okay I will not use them in the future either

Horrible customer service. The trashy store I’ve ever seen. Also, when I arrived, cars were not available. Had to get my reservation. Moved to another store. Never come here.

Horrible customer service. The lady that was on duty on Fathers around 11am that morning didn’t want to sell us a rental car because of how I drove to my parking spot. What? They prejudge any one before even trying to assist them. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I've used the Avis car rental location on multiple occasions, and I have to say that it's one of the best rental car experiences I've had. The staff there is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they consistently provide some of the best customer service I've ever experienced at an Avis location. excellent customer service, I've always found the rental cars at this location to be in great condition. The staff there is some of the best I've ever dealt with at an Avis location, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure a great rental experience.

Don’t rent from AVIS. They tried and failed. Tried to charge me an additional day and 1 hour. Really? Also, this location doesn’t have a drop box; hence the attempt to charge an additional day and hour. AVIS should be upfront about this. I knew something was wrong when I turned the car in and nothing was asked of me. The moment I checked my email, I saw the additional charge. Called back to this location and of course, they can’t adjust the charges. Only customer service can. Needless to say, I won’t rent from AVIS again.

The guy with the braids and glass was quite unprofessional. I came in with 2 toddlers. Upon arrival the kids were eating and had an small spill. Instead of providing top their service, he insisted that I clean up their mess by handing me a broom. I never had an issues cleaning up, but the attitude attached was unnecessary and unprofessional. However, the lady working at this location was amazing! Answered any/all questions without hesitation. If MIKE is the manager, they need to hire someone else for the job.

made reservations online then i canceled the same reservation the same day within 24 hrs. of making it, they charged me a $150 cancellation fee because I prepaid the reservation i informed them my pickup wasn't until 1pm and reservation was made at 6pm the day before why was I charged a cancellation fee, they couldn't give me an defiant answer.

Well where do I start.. 1st we reserved a rental car a month in advance.. The day of our trip they didn't have a car available.. The lady points out we only have that 15 passenger van! Lol as if we wanted to rent that for 2 people.. We were headed to Panama City Beach our check in time was 4pm.. We found a car somewhere else thankfully! She then called us at 2pm saying she has a car available.. We we're halfway into our trip by then.. We will never try to use them again!

The people who NEED to see these reviews obviously DON’T or they would see the need to retrain, rehire or shut this place down completely! I reserved a car and get here only for the representative, who has her dog here, to tell me it will be 30 minutes to have the car cleaned! Tf. How unprofessional and unorganized can you be.
