“The assistant manager was awesome. I believe his name was Brandon. I went in a couple days ago as soon as my check engine light came on. He came out to get the code for the issue. He didn’t try to upsale me or offer anything that was unnecessary. He recommended a simple $30 cleaner , which worked great by the way. He even gave me a print out so I could reference it later. I get stressed out easily but he made it simple. The young lady in the store with him was pleasant as well. She took me to the item while he got my information together.”

“This is the most amazing store for auto parts. I went in there to purchase 1 oil filter. WOW .... the associate behind the counter, her name was Kim, helped me through and through. My 10 dollar order turned into close to 400. Yes .... 400 due to her expertise in the automotive parts industry and her superior marketing experience. Talk about advise .... I got it All. I have four vehicles and got wipers for 3, oil and filters for 3, and gaskets and such for my Jeep. I even got a few what nots like air fresheners, back scratcher (lol) key chains, wrenches .... it was unbelievable the deals I got. I owe it all to this little girl there name Kim. I want to thank her for everything she did and helping me make the best purchases. She is a KEEPER Advance Auto .... there is another girl there but her frown did nothing for the store. I think her name was Karen. I was relieved when I found out she was not the manager. I wouldn't of returned if I had her to help me. Thank goodness I walked to the right side of the counter. Hats off to Kim at Advance Auto but be careful one employee this good needs to be appreciated and keep her there . She could get snatched up very quickly from another competitive. Thank you all your help. By the way .... I dont even live in the area I was visiting a friend close by and my husband asked me to pick up a filter. So I saw this shop and stopped before I forgot. Best decision ever and I'll drive 35 miles to get the attention I received from Kim.”

“I went to the Hospital Drive location for a new low beam bulb for my headlight. Having very little knowledge surrounding car maintenance/repairs, I was nervous about coming in by myself, but Megan and Tee made me feel very comfortable. Tee took my budget into consideration and helped me find the exact bulb I needed with no judgment. Megan expertly installed the new bulb and helped me check to make sure it was working perfectly. Could not have asked for a better experience!”
“They did an excellent job repairing my car. After the accident the car was not drivable. The the damaged from the accident was on the rightside of the car tires, rims, bomper on front passenger side and underneath on the right front side. I wish I would have taken pictures, my car came back looking great no signs of an accident. They even sent the car for diagnostic to make sure it was driving correctly. I would definitely support them again and give them plenty of referrals.”

“The issue was a dead battery in my 2016 Altama.. My boss and a coworker tried to jump-start my car, but it didn't work. So a new battery was needed. NAPA was close and had what I needed. The sales lady looked up my car type and what was needed. I was treated kindly, and she thanked me for coming in. After she credited me for my old battery, the price was way below what I expected. Personally, I've never had any dealing with NAPA Auto Stores or its garage, but I'm sure going to change that for 1st. price satisfaction, 2nd QUICK,and COURTEOUS SERVICE, and location of the store. I do say that for your next car or truck part or inquiry into emergency service needs, just go to NAPA in Douglasville, Georgia... You'll never go back to your other place...I'm sure of it.”
