They suck they take advantage of people who have no credit or bad credit.. cars are barley driving, and all have high milage for lots of money... they repo you if you're late the same day.. I wish I would have avoided this trap the better business bureau needs to check this place out they are sketchy as hell

I purchased a vehicle around January of this year from this business. I am having some problems with my 2005 honda odyssey but they are going to check it out at least. This dealership does change my oil free as long as I finance with them. That at least, saves me on oil changes. They also check my oil everytime I go in to make a payment. As a woman, I am glad that they check. The manager is nice to me each time I go in to make a payment. I haven't had a problem with this dealership but I just wish dealerships had more empathy. We are in a pandemic & people are going through things. They need to have more empathy in the way they handle business. In doing this, people will refer people to them. If owners would just put themselves in the shoes of customers, they may change some things. I know people take advantage of folks but every case is not the same. Everything should not always be about the money but it should be about giving the best customer service that you can. When you give awesome customer service + have empathy, people refer folks to you.
