I had been going to this shop for 2 years and everything was fine until I had my car towed to the shop Aug. 21, 2024. I spoke with Scott the assistant the very next day and told him I have a warranty which I’m sure they already knew because of my previous work being done from the same shop. I also told him some issues that was going on with the car. He said okay we will check it out and get back to you. So on August 27, 2024 I called just to check on my car because I had not heard anything from anyone from the shop. Upon calling I was told Scott went on vacation and they were still trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. So August 30, 2024 I decided on my lunch break I would go up there and let them see my face and ask what is the update on my car it’s going on 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything about it. When I went in the shop I was told by either a younger son or Nephew that they couldn’t figure out what it is that was wrong and I said well why haven’t anyone called me and said that? His response was “MAYBE HE FORGOT” I’m like forgot??? And it’s been almost 2 weeks and my car is just sitting here! So he goes on to say well your going to have to get it towed to the dealership! Not only that they took a part off my car and didn’t put it back after not being able to figure out what was wrong with my car!

I wanna give a big shoutout to Darryl from ABS. I just wanna say thanks a bunch for responding so quickly a prompt. And for going to get my truck a 2nd time taking it to Carrollton. You will always be my first choice if needed again. You are a true Patriot ???

Very rude tow truck driver. Cannot follow our simple request for where to place a vehicle he towed. Do not recommend this company at all. Employees are rude and go out of their way to be difficult.

I appreciate and thank ABS for taking care of my vehicle. Lamar was nothing but nice towards me & my family, even when he didn’t have to be. If I lived here locally he’d definitely have my business because he’s fair & honest when it comes to business; which is rare these days.

They were first to respond when I was stranded on the road. Insurance quoted me 2 hours before pick up would be possible & these guys showed up in less than 30 minutes. Towed out of traffic & had my car repaired & ready to go 2 days later!

The guy that towed my car was great , very nice ! And my service with ABS automotive was quick ! HOWEVER the receptionist guy was VERY RUDE ! But the owner was nice overall ! But service so far was 8/10 ! Will update review if I have any problems with the service they provided which was replacing my starter .

I had a vehicle towed today and the driver David was amazing not only did he make me laugh the entire ride? He could sense that I was in distress at work about my vehicle it was very comforting too know that he was worried about me and my car the customer service guy was being very rude to me and when David saw this he actually step in and not even five minutes later I got an apology and my call was The service lane I don’t know what he said to the service guy, but it was handled very respectfully and I appreciate it

I regret trusting this shop to service my vehicle. I had it towed in for a repair job and not only did they take almost 3 weeks to service the vehicle, they did not even fix the problem. They completed a service that was not necessary or conducive to the problem my vehicle was having and it cost me almost $600.
