“15 stars-straight up! I was worried SICK about my truck being at my old house and not being able to drive it due to waiting on my electrical part to arrive. I couldn’t reach anyone I knew to help me haul it so I searched and A1 popped up first. I see why, because these folks are TOTALLY professional, personable, and PROMPT. The young man that answered listened to my dilemma and actually met me to take me to my old home so we could haul my truck. There was literally ZERO waiting time and even with my truck being completely disconnected, he was STILL able to get power to it in order to turn it on and get it on the tow truck. He then got us both back to my new house without so much as a hiccup. I was amazed at his skills. They are completely affordable and unlike most towing companies, they accept various forms of payment, including cash app. I had to ask for his card because going forward, they will be who I call. I can’t put into words how happy I am with their service and how easy they are to work with. They are so personable, and professional that they put even my stress level at ease. Other places won’t answer the phone or respond to messages, and only accept cash-not these guys. You tell them your situation, they give you a quote, straight up, no games. That, coupled with treating customers so kindly is reason enough to not waste time calling anyone else. These guys get it done!”

“Only issue is the amount of time it takes but that is due to him being so busy as this is a great place to get your vehicle serviced! Timing is only an issue because I love my truck lol but I ALWAYS trust Reggie with it now ever since my dad told me to take it here”

“The owner may be kind of short with you on the phone bc he prefers someone to come and see for themselves what he has. I think this has a lot to do with how busy he is. If you come to this shop actually needing something to get your wheels rolling again he really can be the best out there at understanding and helping you in a tight. When I call he always tells me to come and see what they have. The old man removing the parts don't much want to help a whole lot but just ignore his bad day and let him know everything you want off the vehicle and he will reluctantly ask the owner over his 2 way radio about it! It may not be the most friendly business on a personal level but he's there to make money not to accommodate your emotions. He has helped me WAAAY more than anyone else on his pricing and I'll always go here first. Business not emotions!!Service: Part finding & extracting”

“The staff are super nice and the job on my accident damage was done well.The truck was very dirty when I picked it up and I feel it could have at least sprayed it down and if someone had spent about 20 minute wiping down some of the trim work that was not replaced, it would have made a much better presentation.”
