“I am writing a review as most of the reviews on here are outdated or doesn't properly paint a accurate picture so here it is.I just want to state that i am a local to the area and am very familiar with Courson's Tire service and have brought several vehicles to them. Firstly, I would like to state that i have never had too much of an issue with them if I did it was really minor, and we brought it back up and talked with the owner and it was fixed. Secondly, I would like to address wait times. Wait times depend on the day and time you go in at. Earlier days in the week seem the busiest but day is not a big indicator of busyness, but the time of day definitely is so here are times that can (most likely) be busy.It usually is not a big team so I just say that patience goes a long way when needing help but that isn't saying you should wait over a hour. Just use common sense if it is a small issue needing fixing and its really busy then weigh your options. Either wait until they can get to you OR go to another place that is less busy. Remember there humans like us and they may not get to you right away or may forget about what you needed but a quick polite reminder will suffice as a old saying goes "they are doing 100 things at once."But that's just advice my review is that there Friendly , cooperative , usually quick on most things , Relatively cheap (but are more affordable than most dealers and other repair shops)”
