I am moving to the Douglas, GA area- Called to get prices for some maintenance work on my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado and the guy tells me to go to Wal-Mart to get my Oil Change. Thanks for the heads up buddy, I am sure Wal-Mart will take my business. Unreal!!!!!!!!

Took car in for A/C work and alternator problems. The didn't fix anything and said it probably computer but I would have to take it somewhere else. Charged me $412. So my advise is to follow there advise and take it somewhere else. They did say they could have charged me more so I guess I'm lucky.

Only issue is the amount of time it takes but that is due to him being so busy as this is a great place to get your vehicle serviced! Timing is only an issue because I love my truck lol but I ALWAYS trust Reggie with it now ever since my dad told me to take it here

This place is a hidden gem! I'm not from here so I was struggling to find a place for alignments. Davis never answers their phones and the few others were quoting RIDICULOUS prices. Then I was told about Reggie's...they answer on the first ring and quote REAL prices. I came when they told me to and they started immediately versus leaving me to sit around. The gentleman at the front desk is so personable, I felt like I was talking to a family member. The mechanic that worked on my truck let me see how alignments are done and went about and beyond to make sure my truck drove smooth before I left. Lastly, the owner, Reggie is one cool guy! He was so friendly and funny, all the customers love him and the staff. They are so down to earth, I didn't want to leave when my truck was finished! We were all standing around talking like we knew each other for years, lol. I told them they have a new, loyal customer. These guys are great!

My family and I have taken multiple vehicles over the years to Reggie's Auto. The prices are never outrageous, we're always treated well, he and his employees never try to pull the wool over their customers and give them unneeded or bad service work. I completely trust them for top-notch service, everything from engine work to oil changes to spark plugs, they do it all and I've never had to leave a vehicle up there for weeks. They're fast and reliable. Reggie and his guys are my go to for all vehicle repairs.
