I was told by the company that now owns them that they will not pick up with county lines (which is a lie as I have seen it). Do not call as they will redirect you to an Atlanta office that has no clue.

They do not pick you up for Doctor appointments. They did it to me 4 times

Horrible they picked my grandma up for a doctors appointment which was at 11:30 am out of town and never showed up to pick her back up. She was still there well after the doctors office closed and had to call a family member from another county to pick her up. Shut them down!!!
