Called and asked if they work on Hondas. Was informed that they do. Told them what my problem was with my 2002 crv and they gave me a few ideas had it towed to there shop and they had it fixed in a few hrs. I am not from the area but would recommend them to anyone who is in need of repairs. They even gave me a small break on the repair bill. I can't thank them enough for the help. They saved me alot of money.

Was not happy with the overall emotional experience to say the least. They charge to put your car on the rack to see what's wrong but they don't deduct that amount when they fix it. I could understand if you didn't get it fixed there but when you do should be able to take that rack fee off with no problem.

I called on 06/07/21 to see if they can service a 2010 VW CC a/c compressor and the elderly lady the took my info seemed unsure of whether they can or not . She took my info about the car, problem and my name and number. She stated the person that would know was not available at the time and would return my my call. That never happened . Fast forward two days later when I followed up, the same elderly lady answered and as soon as she realized it was me she was short, and said they "meant to call" (to me me that meant we chose not to call) and stated "no we don't have anything on that" that didn't make any sense. I ask what do you mean? She said No, we can't work on it. I thanked her for answering the call and hung up. This place is most likely a mom/pop business run with a sense of informality with a lack of professionalism and customer service. All I wanted was a less costly repair vs dealership. I decided for peace of mind I will have dealership get the job done first time all of the time with a no haggle 12 month warranty vs the wort6hless business Northside automotive is at this point. If you care about good customer service and don't want to gamble on a repair. Avoid this shop. I can afford dealership prices just wanted to save so I took a chance. No more chances.

I don’t often leave reviews but this place saved the day. Traveling from Florida to wedding in Swainsboro, GA and car breaks down late Thursday night before memorial weekend, left car and got hotel. Called early next day, they came to hotel right away, took keys and went to check on vehicle where we had left it. Got it into shop, repaired, and had me my family back on road within the hour. Can’t thank them enough, got to rehearsal on time! Their entire group was friendly, helpful and went out of there way to take care of us. Awesome!Service: Check engine light diagnostic
