Lott's Diesel Services Inc. is a very busy shop with a great staff. The mechanics are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide excellent care. They can diagnose and fix problems quickly, often in less than 30 minutes. Their prices are not bad. While they do not work on all engine types, they are helpful and will refer customers elsewhere if needed. It is a shop that customers are thankful for and will return to if in the area.

Broke down in big diesel box truck near Douglas Georgia. Showed up at 7:15am (45-minutes before they opened). 5-minutes later, Tracy showed up early for work and assessed my problem before he even walked into the building. Great experience! Highly recommend Lott's!

While I was in town, My diesel engine was idleing rough and the turbo boost gauge dropped to zero. I stopped in and they didn't work on these little 7.3 power stroke diesel engines,So they referred me to another place in town, thank you Lott's
