As a corporate strategist with 18 years experience in the trenches, this company/store has displayed the most unethical corrupt customer service behavior in my lifetime.I purchased three (3) scratch off lottery tickets from the machine for $5.00 each, by the time I received the tickets, parts were torn off. I took it to the cashier and was told she could do nothing about to speak to the manager. I later called the manager and she was very abusive on the phone and told me she had other problems.The next day, I returned to the store with the torn lottery tickets and asked her for a refund. She said she could not refund lottery tickets. I asked her what was I supposed to do with the torn tickets because they were stocking stuffers and she told me if they were winners she would honor, but I couldn't cash it anywhere else.I then explained that she needed to fix the machine because the lotter is governed by the state and customers should not be subjected to these type of issues. Before I could finish an African American behind the counter woman started cursing loudly at me, eventhough there were other patrons in the store. She told me to get out of the store, that I was coming into the store complaining and she acted like she was getting ready to jump me.Wow, I feel badly for the owner of this company having such low level employees running their business. I will be reporting this incident to the Attorney General, consumer protection office including copies of the torn lottery tickets.These employees should be immediately fired. I will be including name, dates and time in my address to the state. This is only the beginning. I am quite sure this lottery incident will be reaching the governor's office and the Gate's corporate office.

I go to this store all the time. Everyone is friendly for the most part, except an older lady Kathy on the night shift. Twice I have had an issue with her. If something isn’t going smoothly she rushes people to hurry up if there is a line. She literally says “well you’re gonna have to figure it out and hurry up I have a line behind you” yea well I’m a paying customer also. The first time she was so rude and loud even customers in the store told her to chill out and calm down it wasn’t that serious and she told the customers if they don’t like it they can leave. I remember two people set their items down and left. Than tonight I had a coupon that wouldn’t scan and she said “well it ain’t scanning so you’re gonna have to pay full price” I asked her could she please try again and she straight up said “no I have customers behind you that I gotta take care of” according to others that’s why she’s on 3rd shift because of how rude she is to customers. Well if she’s known to be rude to customers they need to let her go. She obviously doesn’t do well in the customer service position because she’s not a people person with the public.

Nikki is great im giving this store 5 stars because of her. but the girl ganie I believe that is her name is extremely rude she should not be in a position where she has to deal with customers

They have the best tea! I come multiple times a day to get a fresh cup of sweet tea! Kathy and Angie are the best. They always make sure I have tea and are very polite and personable on top of always running around carrying the workload. 10 stars for those 2 ?

Employees are really nice but I do not like how people are allowed to smoke right next to both the doors. My 7 year old and I have asthma. And my son coughs really bad if he goes threw people's smoke.
