Bad business. Went in PER progressive to get an estimate and attempt to get my vehicle repaired. Got the estimate, and afterwards they stated they were not scheduling appointments as of now. Stated to call back in 2/3 weeks. Waited, and called back as they advised. Once I got someone on the line I explained what I needed help with. She stated to give her a moment and then she said they aren’t scheduling any appointments at the moment. This could’ve easily been said to me in the beginning- instead of having me wait on them. I could’ve already had my car fixed but decided to try to support a local business. lol, won’t happen anymore. Do not recommend.

Got a quote for a paint job. Caleb was nice to speak with. Josh was a j*** and quoted me at 3 times over what other body shops did. Just tell me you're not interested next time instead of quoting $12,000.

The staff are super nice and the job on my accident damage was done well.The truck was very dirty when I picked it up and I feel it could have at least sprayed it down and if someone had spent about 20 minute wiping down some of the trim work that was not replaced, it would have made a much better presentation.

They were recommended to me through a close friend and I'm glad we decided to go here. They were friendly and kept we informed with their progress. I recommend me visit here first. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I had an amazing experience with this company's tow service and if someone was in my shoes, I would want to know the kind of service involved, as I love and take care of my old vehicle. Simply put, there I was, on one of those Mondays...waiting with my insurance company on the phone, girlfriend, and fresh groceries... for a few hours... for someone to pick up my call.... in front of Walmart... middle of Valdosta... when Kaleb from Don's Body Barn from Douglas called already on the way! We were just outside their service range, but for some odd and fortunate reason for me, they decided to help this outsider out. I saw the truck coming a ways off from it's style and paint without my glasses, very professional. Their sweet rig made it a breeze to load up and go. There was plenty of room in this rig's comfy cab. The smooth ride home was the most pleasant part of my day. Kaleb made everything look easy and on the drop off, even got my truck's fuel pump to work again... Anyways, it safe to say I wouldn't hesitate to call this company up again if I was in the same situation again.

Thank you for coming out to the hotel, getting our car then towing us all the way to Jessup. The driver was very polite and friendly. Thank you for letting us drive with him. Great customer service!!!

I hit a deer messing up the side panel, grill off my jeep and the bumper. Don body barn did a nice job on it. You can not tell where it was fixed and repaired. Looks great and the staff was really nice and helpful
