I broke my gold chain that was very sentimental. They fixed the chain and gold cross for a lot less than a different place quoted me. The repairs didn't take long and my chain looked better than brand new. Wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars.

Took two rings to be resized. One was too large with a ring sizer and needed to be sized down half a size below what it was with the sizer on. They sized it to the size it was with the sizer on and then offered to put the sizer back on the ring. The second ring, I didn't notice the issue with it until I took pictures after leaving. I take pictures of my jewelry before and after having any repairs or alterations done. The second ring needed to be sized up and was sized correctly. However a small accent diamond is now missing. So both rings will need to be taken to a different jeweler, one to be sized correctly and the other to have the missing diamond replaced. Be careful and always take pictures. The woman tried to rudely blame my husband and lie as an excuse while offering to fix their mistake, which only made me mad and I then refused to allow them to fix their mistake as I didn't feel comfortable allowing them to have my jewelry in their possession, nor was I confident that it would be fixed. I still had the card where the ring sizes and prices for the resizing had been written down, she tried to make excuses on that size as if they didn't size it incorrectly. Which is why I told them on that ring a half size smaller instead of a numeric size because I knew they sized it incorrectly to start with. We also had to call back right after dropping them off because the one sized correctly had the wrong size listed on the paperwork. Even if my husband wasn't clear enough on the sizing of one ring, he had nothing to do with a missing stone and he had nothing to do with the incorrect paperwork, and the woman knew when my husband was picking it up that it was not sized down far enough as she offered to put the sizer back on it.

I took some of my jewelry and I got my diamond ring fixed. They were very nice and has some beautiful things in there.. the service was good .. you can sell gold and silver there.
