I don't understand why folks have to stand outside in line! This doesn't happen at Chase.Chase has plenty of bankers, so customers are in and out in a jiffy!

The representatives are rude, they say the next appointment available is in a month, and don’t even look at you, just keep talking while doing their stuff which is rude and unprofessional. But the guy in the picture was really nice and polite. Definitely a great service from him. Thank you!

I had a positive experience at Wells Fargo thanks to the assistance of Daniel Munoz. He was knowledgeable and quick to resolve issues, making him a valuable asset to the company. The branch can get busy, so expect some waiting time. However, Daniel's exceptional customer service, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile make this branch worth recommending.

Might as well have this bank close down. They’re not professional at all, and their customer service is terrible. We went there because of an issue, but they kept saying they don’t know what to do. They pay their horrible workers to sit around and fidget.

So unorganized! You can’t book an appointment ahead of time online, and when you come here for something simple, you end up waiting a minimum of an hour before someone can see you! Even when you go at an off time in the morning! They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in the door! If it wasn’t for the convenience when we first moved here, we would’ve switched to another branch a long time ago!! Now, with kids, we probably won’t stick around as it’s such a waste of time!!

Avoid this location by all means. The worst customer service ever and long wait. The notary is never there. The lines are long and appointments are not meet. I have been trying to get my joint account open for over a month and no one’s seems to know the correct process of adding an authorized user who lives in another state. I’ve had to spend money on outside notary when I’m supposed to have free service with my bank. There was a guy walking around being nice but he needs to jump in and help out when the wait is that long. SMH ??♂️
