I went today around 4pm to deposit my check every Thursday I go I have been going to this location recently, and honestly I been having terrible experience and every worker have terrible customer service I been waiting in the line to get my check and deposit it and I was told to GET OUT OF THE LINE and use the the atm which I never do , because they were rushing and she had a lot people she didn’t want to deal with us customers and because they were about to close and the lady didn’t want attend me I told her I just need to deposit and get cash back I was in line just waiting , she told me to go the atm which it was big mistake should have left instead I didn’t get my check or nothing back i will receive my check next week all because she didn’t want serve me Which never happens I had very bad experience in this location .

Very bad cervisio you have an appointment and they serve you after 15mn or 20mn and they don't pay attention to you they want to do a thousand things at the same time and they give you a thousand excuses for everything very bad jenio and despots I better close my accounts here with wellsfargo?? and I'm going to CHASE ??

They give bad service, they don't respond quickly, it takes a long time for the person you schedule appointments with, they don't specify what they need, they give bad service.

I don't understand why folks have to stand outside in line! This doesn't happen at Chase.Chase has plenty of bankers, so customers are in and out in a jiffy!

The representatives are rude, they say the next appointment available is in a month, and don’t even look at you, just keep talking while doing their stuff which is rude and unprofessional. But the guy in the picture was really nice and polite. Definitely a great service from him. Thank you!

I had a positive experience at Wells Fargo thanks to the assistance of Daniel Munoz. He was knowledgeable and quick to resolve issues, making him a valuable asset to the company. The branch can get busy, so expect some waiting time. However, Daniel's exceptional customer service, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile make this branch worth recommending.
