This place has gone downhill since I think there was a change of ownership. October 2024 I brought our dog in for some hip issues. After they took him back and gave him a shot for pain (which he was NOT exhibiting pain symptoms at all) he was anxious and whimpering and whining, which lasted 12 hours when they said it would wear off in a few hours. Not to mention, he could not walk on his own and is still having trouble walking 2 days later. I have our doorbell video of him walking just fine as we left to go to the appointment and he walked in to the office just fine. I can't prove it, but I suspect he somehow got injured during the treatment and exam. I mean the doctor examined him in the room with us when they brought him back, and while working his hind legs and hips, with his genitals clearly visible, the doctor continually was saying "she and her", even after I corrected her. To me, it speaks to lack of competence. I pay $450 dollars for my dog to be worse and get a "we are not sure" diagnosis. I want to make them make it right, but I don't trust them and they will just charge me more $$$. This is the second time this year we took a pet there and got a "we are not sure" answer and the pet got worse. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

While the wait is much longer than necessary and my last experience was probably the worst (it was 5 years prior), I have to say this time makes up for it. Dr Jackson was fantastic. His presence and bedside manner is among the best I've seen in a long time. He definitely made a sad process easier and comfortable. I hope he continues to be an amazing staple.

They were very nice and patient with my dog. She is a full blooded Blue Nose Pit Bull and very anxious and get very excited when she see other dogs, we had a very nice experience with WellPet Humane. The Doctor was very nice he explain everything where I understood it and I left there feeling so much better than when I first walked in there. Thank you guys for being there for my KOKO and she thanks you too she is feeling so much better already.

I stopped going to this veterinarian as they misdiagnosed my sweet dog of 15 years. I knew her time had come to cross over the "Rainbow Bridge " and ( after a day of crying and getting her streak, ice cream and other goodies) I took her to this vet whom I had been with for 10+years to hold her as I said goodbye. They talked to me like I was crazy as when they came in to the room. They said she was healthy and sent us home with an appetite stimulant and some other over priced medication. I kept telling them of her condition over the past few days which they ignored...and made me seem like I wanted to put my sweet girl to sleep for no reason. Later the next day she went into liver failure and was in pain and total confusion. I had to take her to the emergency vet and have her put down at 11:00pm that night. I was in agony knowing my sweet girl suffered due to thier arrogance and not listening to me. They were once a wonderful veterinarian clinic. ..now they are awful with a high turnover...you never know the vet your fur baby will see. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Very great prices and amazing vets that know a ton. The vet assistants are very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Will always take my doggy here. Also there is a pet store right next door to take your pet after a most likely stressful event for them.

The staff is friendly; professional, kind to animals, and the fees are priced to your income. I love taking my furbabies there.

A good somewhat affordable option for vet care.
Pros on some days there rarely anyone there and you see the vet right away. clean newer rooms no pee smells. Ample free parking. On the cheaper side compared to other vets on the metro Atlanta area. before you are seen by the vet, they give you a cost breakdown on a invoice paper and bring it out to you so you can see what the services cost, item by item. Staff was friendly and helpful on all my visits. Dog supply store next to vet clinic. Have taken 3 pets fir care over the past 7 years.
Cons: High employee turnover, sometimes they seem to run on skeleton crew, at times even with schedules appointments wait times are OVER an hour. as of April 2024 I was told this clinic does not have someone doing dental work on staff.

You can look allll you want ~ but you will not find a better clinic, Doctor and overall experience anywhere. I know from my own many experiences. From first phone call to the visit it was seamless and spot on. Dr. Christianson who examined my buddy Atticus was the epitome of genuine, caring, forthright and knowledgeable with quality time made for me, the owner to speak one on one.
Unheard of. Best Vet experience bar none ~ and No Gouging! Extremely gentle pricing esp compared to the chains out there. Thank you Well Pet!!

I have been taking my dogs here for about 10 years now and this place has gotten worse and worse, they barely even have customers now. A while back I brought my dog here for what looked like seizures, the doctor told us that it was just her having a lot of energy because she’s a small dog and he told us we needed to walk her more often. After that the seizures got worse and one day we took her to an emergency vet and they told us it was a heart issue. At out first appointment with a cardiologist, he laughed. He told us that what we had been told was completely wrong and had nothing to do with what was happening to her. He said that whoever told us that didn’t know what they were talking about. Turns out she had a heart murmur and a large heart, none of which were ever detected by her general vet. No ultrasounds, no scans. She was misdiagnosed and it could’ve gone way worse. The cardiologist we took her to was amazing and got her proper prescriptions and treatment and my dog’s health improved significantly. A few days ago we took her in here for a second opinion on her lung cancer, we wanted to know if the doctor thought we should put her through surgery or put her down. This lady barely checked her, and if anything she seemed annoyed when we asked her to check something. From the second she stepped into the room she had my dog’s information wrong and didn’t even know what was wrong with her even though we had already given all the notes to the nurse. She didn’t make any effort to even look at my dog’s record at all. My dog had still been eating and drinking water, but struggling to breathe. I explained everything to the doctor but all she told us was that she wasn’t a specialist so she couldn’t give us an opinion. I reassured her that it didn’t matter if she wasn’t a specialist, I wanted her opinion on the matter based off of my dogs quality of life. She still didn’t give. We told her that our dog had been on a low sodium diet but for the last two or so days had only wanted to eat pedigree and 80% of her recommendations after that was that pedigree wasn’t good and she shouldn’t be eating it. We knew, but as long as our dog was eating, we were feeding her. She would NOT move past that. She wasn’t helpful at all and she barely checked my dog. She said she couldn’t give an opinion because she wasn’t a specialist but she wanted us to increase the dosage on one of the medications prescribed by the cardiologist? This was by far the worst appointment my dog has ever had at any facility. Terrible terrible doctor. We got bloodwork done and left with more questions than we got answered. Aside from that, the receptionists and nurse were super nice. Overall though, this appointment was a complete waste of money. I had defended this place from people who said that they were just money hungry but now I get it. They don’t care about your pets. I cannot tell you how many times I took my dogs here for bloodwork or fecal/urine samples and NEVER got the lab results back, not even after calling multiple times. Later in the day we took her to petco and the cashier was more informative and helpful than this facility…the CASHIER. The petco vets checked her FOR FREE and saw she had pale gums due to lack of oxygen (something that wasn’t checked here). Later that day we took her to an er vet and the general doctor gave us the options and his honest opinion. At this clinic we weren’t even charged the consultation, not even the time my dog was in the oxygen chamber. The receptionists were extremely compassionate and helpful too. Had to put my sweet dog down two days ago. I won’t be taking my other dogs back and I won’t recommend this clinic to anyone else. I could go on and on about all the bad parts of this clinic. Save your money. Go elsewhere. These people will let your dog die.

First of all, we didn’t really have an appointment we called and we told him the urgency that our pug Motorola was having a cough. He’s been to the facility before for his shots and he had his minor surgery there as well. Well anyway the attendant told us to bring Motorola right after lunch 1:30 and It may be small wait becuase we didn't have a scheduled appointment but instead, they took us right in and took excellent Care of my baby I love that place if you ever need a vet Don’t think twice where to take your babies they will love on them and and take care of you with kindess and care.

Update your working hours or stay for your scheduled operating hours. I have been coming here for 6 years. I will say I looked the other way with the long wait times even with a scheduled appointment, or calling during business hours and not getting an answer no matter what day or time you try and call, or having to go in person for a paper copy of your prescription so you can mail it yourself because they won't send it via email or to chewy directly like some vets do to make it quicker to get the medication you need. I let these things go because I like to be loyal once I find a place to go to and stick with what I'm comfortable with. Today though I was very inconvenienced and wasted my time. I took a longer way home and got on the highway instead of the back roads to make this stop on the way since my pets prescription was ready. I arrived at 4:45 pm mind you online business hours show opened till 6pm. The whole building was locked and nobody was there when I arrived. Thankfully, my pet had some more pills to spare so it wasn't urgent. Makes you think though if someone had a pet with a serious condition and needed meds for them and they showed up during regular operating hours to find the place closed early that could be a unfortunate situation. Very unprofessional. The people at the front desk are actually friendly and very helpful it's unfortunate the company doesn't run a tighter ship. Staff wise I've never had an issue but operationally they could be doing better.
