i had a very important package supposed to be delivered today and missed delivery so it was sent back and scheduled a pick up, i called 1 800 number to see if my brother could pick up and they said yes as long as the address on his id matched mine, he drove 48 miles to pick it up and the older female supervisor said no and he was trying to explain to her how we had checked to make sure he could before he drove there and she interrupted and told him she didnt care and he couldnt get the package, he called me to try and talk to her and she cussed him out and said she didnt want to talk to anybody, that it was her store and her rules and kicked my brother out of the store, no wonder there is a 1 star review this staff needs to be fired immediately

Due to the inconvenience of my community not receiving deliveries on our behalf, I had to come here to retrieve my package. At 2P on a Tuesday, there were two employees working in a team effort from checking IDs, scanning packages & handing them out...all with a smile & great service. The location is dilapidated & well in need of serious renovation, yet with quick & efficient service. Located next door to the UPS Facility.

The address on here is incorrect when you pull up to the address that is listed it gives you a new address which is about a half a mile away. The hours are also incorrect the hours that I read said it was open until five on Saturday when in fact it was open until four.If you can have your things routed to a UPS store instead of this place I would highly recommend it.

I'm really trying to figure out why it's taking my package and additional 2, now 3 days to be delivered. It's just sitting at the facility and nothing is being done about it. I paid for the convenience of it being delivered to me but now I have to drive here to hopefully get my package.

If I could give a negative rating I would TWICE. I never give reviews but this needs to be addressed I ordered a packaged that was supposed to be here July 4th but it's 3 days and I've been keeping track my package has been in a 15 min range for 3 days I called and got hung up on, couldn't reach a real person or they are closed. I kept getting told it was going to be delivered and didn't asked for someone in charge contact info and they only offered a survey and on top of that the lady I was speaking to BARELY spoke English so you didn't even understand me. If I'm spending my money and counting on ups to deliver my package of course I know things happen but being as I paid and it's MINE I have a every right to know when it'll be here and whats going on WHY is it so hard to get in touch with you or to even figure out where my package is. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with I will certainly make it my mission to talk to the branch in some way about this!!! Everyone knows if you want to have successful business you treat you customers right and you don't not, I am disgusted

I am at a commercial business location and I have zero outstanding issues with this branch. To except that shipments being delivered through any courier will never be lost or damaged is asinine. My daily courier, any substitutes, and their supervisor are consistently polite, careful, well-informed, respectful, helpful, and timely. It's sad to see the low star rating for this location which stems from petty complaints by customers who often need direct their complaints towards originating shipping parties, NOT the courier.

LAZY F****** THIEVES!!!! They will lie and say they delivered your package when they in fact have STOLEN IT! Or to make it worst will pretend to have "attempted to deliver" it but will just throw your s*** in their back room and mark it as "customer agreed to pick it up". This whole facility need to FIRE AND REHIRE NEW STAFF IMMEDIATELY! NOBODY HERE DOES THIER JOB! So if you live in the area be sure to ask any and every company to not ship you anything via UPS. It's a f****** headache and waste of time! Not to mention when trying to find the actual location, good luck. The gps gets you lost!

The worst customer service. The employees here very lazy and do not want to help customers. My wife drove 20 miles to this location to pick up a package for me. She showed the employees her ID (same address as mine). The front office man made no eye contact, spoke in monotone, and without any regard or respect for the customer and acted in a very passive agressive manner without acknowledging her presence. They then told her that I was the one that needs to be there to pick up the package and then began to berate her and my son in the lobby as if they were theives! The manager (an older woman) came out and began to yell at my wife! This location's employees absolutely need to be fired if nothing else.

I'm not sure what has happened. This hub, in the last 9 - 10 months has become a "monster"!! I have had the most TERRIBLE service concerning deliveries. Almost a year ago a package was not only LATE being delivered but it looked like it had been opened. Now since April 2, 2021 I've had two packages 'DISAPPEAR' once they made it to this hub. After 90 days, I finally received payment for the first one, now I am waiting on my second payment. $300.00 plus. And this is after being given the run around for two months of just where they were located. Unfortunately UPS is a popular service for packages coming from overseas, otherwise I would surely use another delivery service!Very disappointed!

Deliveries are always late or delayed. I Cringe every time when I see a delivery from this location. Amazon needs to stop passing orders through this location.

You can count on this hub to try to steal your packages They will not fail In fact this is common in Atlanta UPS Doraville handlers are professional thieves Being protected by their handlers. Aka supervisors. They steal whenever they have a chance to steal. I literally have to be on my patio at noon to watch for the driver And approach him when he arrives if I want any of my packages. Otherwise the driver will steal my packages, and their supervisors allow it and even encourage it. It's ridiculous This entire state of Georgia is b******* when it comes to UPS I NEVER had this problem anywhere else.

THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST IN DELIVERING PACKAGES! They lie about saying that they attempted to deliver packages at a certain time and don't! They are AWFUL!!!
