I used this company for my auto body repair and I can say that I was beyond pleased. They did excellent work, gave updates on their progress and had the work done BEFORE the projected finish date. The success of any business lies in the quality of customer service and CarStar Universal in Chamblee GA has the greatest! I highly recommend them!

THE WHOLE ENTIRE TEAM at Carstar did such a phenomenal job! Rorey was extremely helpful from the time I called him to the very end to retrieve my car! Someone smushed my sweet innocent baby's bumper and I love her and am very protective and she doesn't deserve to be abused by someone else's carelessness so I knew I had to get the insurance companies involved SMH. The driver took liability (as TF he should??) and Carstar was in his insurance network of providers. I'm so happy I chose them and now I see why the Buford Highway location has 5 stars!! My sweet Subaru looks like a new happy girl!! They even replaced the headlights (which they were getting a hard time about). I am VERY happy with the service I received! StateFarm was saying it would be ready October 11th but here it is September 26th, and my angel is sitting outside just in time ahead of the hurricane! They had my car from September 17th to the 26th so it was a really good turnaround time. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO MY FRIENDS AT CARSTAR!!

These awesome Folks took s very bad situation and turned it into no stress, no worries. and just had my back. My gorgeous car was stolen and the insanity started. But, every person involved with my journey were like Andels sent from Heaven. Carstar kept me informed day to day...very helpful, I will say...then, had her ready 5 days early! This surly saved on Rental.
My car was Spectacular when I picked ked her up. Just beautiful, including noticing the Battery was needing replacement.. their eye for detail is
amazing.....if you you ever need you Car ever needs to go to a Body Shop, you really need to use CarStar

I have been thoroughly impressed by the staff at CARSTAR. Fabian followed up with me on when I would be delivering my car and kept me updated every step of the way. He coordinated with my insurance company and with the car rental company. My car was ready on the day that it was promised and looked like a brand new car. He and the young lady in the front office were always polite and professional. I would highly recommend CARSTAR to family and friends and would use them again myself. You can't go wrong with this shop!!

Had a small dent in my bumper and took it here to get a quote. Manager told me that the only thing they were willing to do was replacing the whole bumper for $800-$1000. Took it to a local body shop down the road who did it for $50 in 10 minutes. Picture of the original damage is attached.
