I usually picked up tire from this location 2-3 times a week for past the 5 years. Everytime, it takes about 2-10 minutes wait. Last 6 months, it takes 45 minutes to 1+ hours to wait to pick up. I complain to them few times with no luck. Bad service and management . Usually don’t leave review unless it is really bad. Will try to get tires elsewhere.
Updated on 6/12/2024. After continue to use Tire Rack 3-4 months later with no issues, I am updating and give you guys a 5 stars. Thanks for listening & addressing the issues.

Came here to get a tire. Payment verification took over an hour. Nobody seemed to want to correct it right away.

My tires and rims arrived on time as promised. Sales representative Walt Walton contacted me in regards to my order being split. He ensured me that everything would arrive as scheduled. The tires and rims look amazing, and they are affordable. 265/70R-17 NITTO TERRA GRAPPLER G2 SL and 17X8 VISION WHEEL SOFT 8 GLS BLACK.....

These guys are awesome, Gary at sales went above and beyond helping me to get tires and wheels for my 1978 Datsun 280z.
Pickup at their Duluth warehouse was smooth and fast.
Their prices are another winning factor
I have bought tires and wheels from them and they are my future destination as well

Have order several times from Tire Rack and it has always been a nice experience. Always next day service with UPS, but Tire Rack shipped my last order via second rate FedEx Ground! Takes two days to get 210 miles. I'll rethink where I purchase next time.
Update: 02/08. From 1 star to 4 star.
Contacted Customer Service and they were very apologetic and gave me a nice credit for next order. I'll try again and hopefully they go back with UPS.

Waiting over an hour for 2 tires got here at 645 am. Got an email at 707 thanking me for pick up even though I'm still waiting. Good customer service.
