This is not my first time trading in a phone but was turned away by the sales associate at this location because “you can’t turn in a trade in at a store.” She didn’t even try, just printed the shipping label and sent me on my way. I stopped at the next T-Mobile location i found and had absolutely no issues turning in my trade in.

Very preduice against Blk people went to ask if I could get my phone charged was from out of town asked staff could I charge my phone I was a T-Mobile customer they said ok after saying oh u asking me to charge your phone then left store said sit in store cause T-Mobile policy for u to wait for phone inside like they was gonna still steal my phone if I left it to be charged very preduice store

My family and I have been with T-Mobile since 2001. I have never had personally experienced customer service that amazing. Yong was super helpful and did not make us feel rushed even though it was busy. He explained everything so well; even t-mobile policies and procedure that no one explained before. 10 out of 10 will come here again!

I am a long time sprint customer hoping to get into new 5g phone to finally use the Tmobile service and Was at store yesterday they worked to help me find a phone and wasted my time until i was rudely kicked out because they found out i was sprint customer they said we dont work with sprint you need to go to tmobile street up the road. I am from OUT of town and my phone stopped working and i was lost and they refused to help me and sent me on my way to get lost I feel disrespected and upset and angry worst service hereWaste of time I went to store up street and was very happy with them and they told me all tmobile store should be able to assist sprint customers

I've been a customer of TMobile for over 15 years. However after being in a serious car wreck and out of work for a few weeks and TMobile refusing to help me out on my bill in any way shape or form. I can only say that they have the worse customer loyalty I've ever seen out of a company.

The store is well lit and clean. I went in to pay my bill and pick up the free socks from T-Mobile Tuesday app. The customer service representative was nice and friendly. In and out in 5 mins.
