The prices are a little higher than local competition, but the place is clean with good circulation. Customers can enjoy delicious, freshly prepared cold drinks and typical hot food, such as "gorditas" stuffed with pork rinds in green sauce, pressed pork rinds, sweet tamales, and Oaxacan tamales made of chicken and pork. The staff is very friendly and can assist customers in ordering items like tamales. While the staff may not speak much English, the market provides an authentic Mexican shopping experience, with excellent Mexican items and tasty short ribs at reasonable prices.

Don't sleep on the food counter at the back. Their hours are limited, so check before you drive very far, but this is one of the better Mexican restaurants in Atlanta! Tacos, tortas, gorditas, sopes, tamales, and more. All legit.

Best latino supermarket in town, always clean and the staff is nicely friendly. It’s my place to go for tacos and my favorite place to buy meats; specially if you are a grill lover like me, they will cut the meats the way you like it.
