Excellent customer service here! I bought a tank of Argon to begin self-teaching myself how to MIG weld Aluminum. The gentleman working the front counter asked a few questions to make sure I was on the right track with what I wanted to do. I already knew or had accounted for several things he asked, but it was awesome that he wanted to make sure I wasn't going to be wasting my time and money if I was going down a bad path. I wish I had the gentleman's name, all I see on my invoice is "salesman 000005."

So up front I really can't overstate how helpful the gentlemen here were.I'm an entire novice, I know nothing of welding, I literally just bought a cheap welder online a few weeks ago, and the gentlemen here got me set up with all the tank, regulator, gloves, filler, tungsten, miscellaneous tools, and all the other little bits and bobs I needed to get started. They were knowledgeable and friendly as you could hope for. As a hobbyist welder, I've read that it's hard to find a gas supplier sometimes because Airgas and others are more interested in commercial contracts than individuals but these guys got me hooked up no problem. I'll be using them for welding supplies pretty exclusively from now on I think.

They have a very helpful staff and are knowledgeable about what welders need to do quality work. The loading dock personnel are awesome. They have gases for sale and can refill large tanks and can swap them out quickly. They will refill propane and upgrade your tanks, too. They are very nice folks and good Christians.

Great friendly service, swap your bottles at the store, no red-tape lease gotchas like with A.G.! Brought in an MC and oxygen bottle, purchased a bottle, reg, and accessories faster than i can eat a big mac meal!
