“Due to the inconvenience of my community not receiving deliveries on our behalf, I had to come here to retrieve my package. At 2P on a Tuesday, there were two employees working in a team effort from checking IDs, scanning packages & handing them out...all with a smile & great service. The location is dilapidated & well in need of serious renovation, yet with quick & efficient service. Located next door to the UPS Facility.”

“Robert and his crew did a fantastic job. They cut off a dangling tree limb and cleared up a large amount of tree debris when another branch fell. Extra: they trimmed branches which were touching the roof, and others on front-yard trees. Put my broken mailbox back together! Robert said he wanted to keep his crew busy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RPG TREES! Reasonable prices too$$”
“They are extremely friendly and transparent and NOT Greedy! Example, I have taken Nike returns to this location and Nike wants you to print the return label at the UPS store and it’s free returns for Nike members and this store prints that out and doesn’t charge me anything and is so friendly and they take care of that return. Now, if I go to the Johns Creek location by Publix and the Indians that work there they will charge me $1.67 for that same label because they nickel and dime you and they are rude as hell so here’s the difference.”
“Perfect choice if you have something to send Korea. Staffs are very kind. You get updates of package process by Kakao. It arrives Pohang in 1 week. Cost is much lower than Fedex or UPS.”

“I went into the store without completely preparing the package to be shipped. The executive first helped me get an estimated cost to ship it to my destination. I then was guided to select the appropriate envelope for my package and also helped by the executive to seal it for me. I am in my late 60s and this was my first time using QuickQuick, so it was difficult for me to learn, but I was grateful that they kindly explained it to me even after asking more than 10 times.The shipping cost is almost half that of the post office and delivery is also faster.Korean shipping is highly recommended.”
