worst experence here, do not bring your units to this facility, they overcharge you, they take for ever to respond and the customer service is the worst.Charged me 23k to fix my truck, i have the same diagnostic with a local for $3kThey try to make me repair my whole transmission when the issue was a sensor, and a gasket Do not bring your units here they will take your money

Took a truck there for check engine light and they charge 2500 for diagnostic, after a few days they said that the truck needs new engine . Just like that . 25k for the new engine , truck has only 120k miles , went we went to pick the truck up they didn’t put it back together and now we have to tow it . They robbed people badly. First and last time here .Bad company , STAY AWAY

My truck go there driving just with a DEF light. And what they did to it now it sounds like if they broke something in the engine. They have a butch of ppl that don't know anything. Never ever taking anything back.Pictures of left one loose the other were broken in.

Typical Rush Truck Center. Rude employees, zero customer service and NOTHING gets done with any sense of urgency. I've been on hold for 10+ minutes trying to get a copy of a DOT form and this is easily the 5th time I've called for the this same thing.Great example of why I tow all of our units right past RTC every time. Worst dealer group for any OEM in the country.

Do not leave your truck with this shop. Took it in to get better performance, came out with new issues caused by the mechanics. Check engine light came on soon as I left. Save your self the time and money. They’ve hired a lot of entry level mechanics. They are in the back googling using YouTube to help them with repairs. They only have 1 experienced mechanic that is always tied up w big jobs.

I bought A New NPR HD. 2023. When you drive on the hwy at 70 mph the front tires bounce. I called there service Dept. and was told they don't do any thing with the tires. So If you spend $80,000. Don't think the tires are warrantied. AT RUSH. Rediculas. They did not want to mess with it. Terrible customer service!

Update: once again tried rush trucks and the one parts guy has not shown up to work.How can a business be so horrible for so long. Endless wait on the phone for parts. No one ever answers.

Extremely slow service and parts dept. Terrible communication between themselves and ultimately the customer. I would never bring my truck here again and I would advise you to do the same.

Nightmare! Was treated extremely poorly, unprofessional and even threatened my safety by service advisor Karissa Wright at the Chamblee location. Took in my vehicle, spent thousands of dollars, only for the check engine light to come on again a few hours later. Spoke with Josh and was under the understanding to bring vehicle back for them to fix what they were supposed to in the first place. I then received another bid with same codes as the first time I took it. Karissa was extremely unprofessional, had a horrible belligerent aggressive behavior over the phone and when I arrived in person. Once I arrived in n person. After asking for her managers information and her failing to give it to me, I asked for it again. Only for her to get extremely violent & telling me she would beat my f***** a*** Two other rushtruck employees were there along with another costumer who was picking up their vehicle. It's sad to see someone this miserable ruin Rush truck center image. I have been a loyal costumer since 2016 and even purchase a truck here in full. To be treated like this and be threatened all due to Karrisa Wrights negligence on not knowing how to do her job and be professional. Karissa is a liability to this company as I'm sure she behaves this way with costumers. In all my years of being a costumer of major companies I have never been treated so poorly let alone had my safety on the line.Costumers beware.

2 years ago I purchased a new box truck from this center. Last incident had warranted brake failure on the passenger side. It took them 3 weeks to get the right part. If it were not for the persistent follow up of the sales person (Justin) that sold me the vehicle, the truck would have stayed at the shop for another 2 to 3 weeks because the vibe in the service department is passing the buck with no consideration of the customer urgencies.The service department need a serious training in customer service, starting with answering the phone and NOT ignoring people when they are standing in the lobby while sitting at their desks either on personal calls or conversing with other co-workers...............
