This location 1 zillion percent deserves one zillion negative Stars for starters! The hours of operation were on the door and I walked in around maybe 9:05 9:10 p.m., I used to do retail so I was looking for certain things and moving pretty quickly throughout the store. Shortly thereafter I think maybe one or two more people walked in and I do believe the supervisor manager that had long wavy hair with lots of tattoos and a peach shirt was literally blocking the door which was very odd because God forbid if there is an emergency you are preventing people from exiting your location! This is just amazing to me how people who work at an establishment treat customers when they're still time to shop in a timely manner and it was very obvious that I was moving quickly to get what I needed and get to the register and a timely manner. So as my items were ringing up I was questioning a few items to make sure I was getting the discount that was very advertised on what I grabbed. Lo and behold the two body suits that I got did not ring up at $7.99, but $9.99 because quote on quote they receive emails from corporate advising them to put sale and non-sale items on the same rack to get customers to buy! I immediately advised that doesn't make any sense because that's one zillion percent false advertisement and the same lady that was blocking the door earlier so that no more customers can come in to spend money at your establishment had a nasty attitude rebuddling that's basically just how it is and to deal with it instead of honoring the obvious advertisement of by two or more for $7.99 a piece, but I still had to pay regular price $9.99 for each bodysuits. I asked the same woman do you get other customers that ask you the same thing or mention that is false advertisement and she replies, "No" as if I'm just being absolutely absurd, but this Behavior and attitude is pass ridiculous and I will make sure to advise many others to NOT go to this location or other locations FOR ANY REASON!!!!

I have never had any problems at this particular location up until today! Horrible customer service & it’s always a revolving door at this particular location. It’s a new face every time I come & when you ask about a previous employee they are quick to tell that that employee no longer works with the company. Very unprofessional and catty. I just left and tried to return two items with the receipt and tags still attached and was given an attitude from the older gentleman with the outdated plaid shirt & with the excessive jewelry that it was the strip on the machine that was not working, but then proceeded to say it was my card that was invalid and insisted that I get store credit. Which 1 is it? The machine or my card? His attitude was very nasty and unprofessional from the gate & he did NOT seem like he wanted to help fix the problem but instead just give me store credit! He was very rude and nasty and refused to give his name. He needs a new wardrobe and attitude. ASAP! So NASTY AND SO RUDE!

This store manager is horrible he is very rude and has a smart mouth ! I even witnessed him being aggressive to one of the associates, right in front of me . It’s people like him that influence individuals to quit there job and make it not be an enjoyable experience at work . Nobody wants to work in a toxic environment !

Who ever the owner of this store is, please fire all of the employees, I was here just now, I waited almost 20 minutes in the cash register for some one to assist me, all if the employees were in the back chatting and when finally they came out they didn't even greet me , HORRIBLE customer service.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! THEY RIPPED ME OFF!! They do not give refunds on many products and have terrible customer service in store and even much much worse on the phone. They care absolutely ZERO about retaining any customers whatsoever. Go somewhere else

Literally just walked out the store. Needed a cheap pair of black shoes. Indian woman watched me try on shoes like I was gonna steal something for 17$. Never will this store get my money.

The rating is solely for who I'm assuming is manager. I came to make a return because the fitting rooms are closed, which leaves me to purchase the clothes and bring them back if needed. Well, I needed to bring them all back. The manager that's sitting down behind the counter, talking to the cashier helping me asks if I have all items on one receipt (I do) and was the transaction cash or card (card). At the end of the return, the drawer pops open as I paid with my card, my debit card. She says, "Well I wish you would've told me that. That's why I asked was it cash or card. I would've told you to go to a different store." It was a card, a debit card. She proceeds to tell the cashier that her drawer is going to be short because of me. The issue isn't me not specifying the type of card, it's the fact that there wasn't enough cash in the drawer to give to me. She says, "I can't give you what I don't have." and walks over to the other register. Luckily, there's cash in there. I get my money and leave. I would've liked to have reciprocated the energy but I needed my money back and just got done hearing them talk about the police having to come up to the store on separate occasions regarding issues with customers (but the cashier was really nice). Plus, I'm not confrontational, I have something to lose. I won't be back to this location at all. The store is nice and clean though.

This is a new location that just opened. Their located in the plaza with Dollar Tree and across the street from Popeyes.
