Friendly, but the kitchen is super slow. They just don't care. I waited about 10 minutes from the time I paid for my food for the kitchen to even start making it. This is a gas station. The only reason food would make sense is if it was quick. Someone should tell that to the kitchen here

Luis is very combative. First he argued he don’t know the pump numbers based on where cars were. This one was right in front of him. Then when getting coffee , he charged me for 2 cups. I told him the first cup was leaking coffee. He said it doesn’t matter the sign says $.31 if you get another cup. I stated what is it for a damaged cup? He then took it off but very combative. I never got this service at Quicktrip. I really wanted to give a 1 star but he took off the other cup so I added a star. People need to learn that customer service deals with taking care of people and making the right judgement.

I went for some hot dogs at 1:45 am. They didn't have any so I decided to look around to see if they had anything else to eat, I always go for a snack on a quick trip but today, the security man looked at me in a harassing way towards my chest and then he just stared at me. until I paid for my taco, I told her that she wasn't going to steal my taco because she looked at me in a horrible way, then I continued looking to see if she would buy something to drink and the manager walked over to where I was looking at the juices and asked me if I was going to buy something, when it is obvious that if you are looking it is because you want to buy. There were more people around but I was the only person that the staff observed. She added that I was the only Hispanic person there, and she also said that I looked like a homeless person, when I was only wearing cold clothes. She spoke to me in a very disrespectful way and then said that it was not a racial problem because I was Hispanic, but because of my clothes. Anyway, what does my clothes have to do with all this? Why do you have to harass me while I shop?

Stopped by during lunch and grabbed a couple slices of pizza and a frozen drink. The pizza was good as always with lots of cheese and toppings, but the frozen Watermelon Strawberry was disgusting. I should have tasted it before heading out. It had a chemical cleaner taste to it like they didn't rinse out all the soap after cleaning the machine.

use to be my favorite store. The worseI have ever seen lately. The staff looks at you crazy and are not knowledgeable about events taken place on property. When reported to them they do nothing about it even when corporate is called. They have their employee working by themselves in dangerous situation. The night shift is a slave shift. The staff look so over worked and tired. I stop using racetrack and I will stop shopping at your stores as well. People need to pay attention to their surroundings and who they are spending their money with. These stores do not care about the communit.y pay attention. Customer service sucks as well as the quality of management. very unprofessional. I will take my 35,000 a year some where else that would appreciate it.

Stopped here while visiting this area for an event. Several ice machines in the self serve area were not working. The floors were wet with no Wet Floor signs. The checkout lines were long and slow-moving. This location definitely did not function like most QTs I’ve visited.
