not a great company to work for at all. they’re dishonest with employees and customers, have people working long hours for minimal pay regardless of how much they achieve, the manager speaks to employees rude and condescendingly and doesn’t even know most of their names, yet speaks negatively about them behind their backs. If you try to voice how you feel you’ll probably lose the job because “HR” isn’t very polite either and will not do much to help.

Don't buy a car from pull a part. They will lie to you and tell you there is nothing wrong with it just to get commission for the sale. I bought one and was told all it needed was a front end alignment. I guess that's their way of saying it needed a whole front end. I almost wrecked on the way home several times. Corporate office won't do anything to help either. Salesman won't get in any trouble either so don't trust him. He's a liar and a thief. He took advantage of the fact that I'm a woman and didn't know about cars.

Horrible place. Bunch of crooks pushing up the price on items, website says one price and in person it's a different price. They basically wasted a hour of my life. I will make sure I tell everyone. Don't buy from here save your money and goes somewhere else.

Amazing if you go get parts..... BUT....trying to get a human on the phone to clarify hours is impossible. There is conflicting info online for hours...Google maps say 4p & 430p, website says 5p & 530p...but not a single human would answer except to sell a car.They transferred me and said I would get an actual sales person. Instead, I sat on hold listening to an annoying and overly perky recording with horrible background music until I couldn't take it anymore and hung up.Seriously, y'all need a better informed recording if that's all I can reach on the phone.And if there could be an option to tell off the annoyingly chipper non-existent female on the selection menu, that would be great as well. Plus, it may save real humans from irritated and aggravated customers bc we could cuss out the recording instead!! Just a suggestion.

To whom this may concern;I went to Columbia, SC yard because it had on the site a Dodge Nitro,(hard to find at PullaPart)when I arrive from Fort Mill,SC (over 80 miles 1 way)Got my tools and walk all the way to the back of the yard,(most Fait/Chrysler are) it wasn’t on the yard. Went back to the main building and talk with the person in charge.Was told that once it’s been removed there’s nothing they can do. Even though it was in the scrap pile area. I went to the parking lot and email them about all the action. Was told I would hear back within 24 hours.After one week. I was never contact about my email about the inventory.It’s a shame Y’all didn’t have gust or dignity to get with me.I use to recommend PullaPart but not anymore.It’s evident customer satisfaction doesn’t matter

Why do you post a closing time of 5:30 but really close at 5:00?Response: Yes I understand you guys are trying your best and I appreciate that, but when your employee gets an attitude and starts arguing with a guest over what time it closes, that is unacceptable. If I do go back to pull a part, I guarantee you there will be a dispute with your associate and I. There are opportunities for this company to be better. Whether it's in the office or at a site, every associate is a representative of the company. Unfortunately, it is evident that you train your associates poorly, but it is not his fault, this is managerial issue. I do appreciate your invitation to return, thank you.

This is a family ran company and I do believe that this company care about there employees. But this company call center is ran by someone who has no sense of human kindness what soo ever. Promise you a bonuses you’ll never receive it. His numbers only looks good because of the temps. The turn over rate is soo high. It’s sad to know your working for someone and you get sick or child and you lose your job. Who would operate a business like this. Only someone who have a motive to disruptive a persons life because of something that’s beyond their control. And as I was reading another review and one lady said he smiled .. and he would walk around smirk all day. Like I’m going to fire you at the end of the day.. who cares your child is sick or someone here has covo-19 you have 10 infarctions. He’s awful for this company.

Spent half the morning pulling a seat from a car. Then get to the counter and they said I have to pull the air bag out of the seat. They can't sell them with the air bags in them. That would have been useful information before i wasted my time. Maybe that should be posted on the website, along with other rules about items on how they are sold. I'm done with pull-a-part!
