i honestly didn’t feel welcomed at this location. the manager came out and greeted another customer in spanish but didn’t address me at all, or even smile. the girl who helped me wasn’t listening fully and my issue was not corrected.

Every single time I come here there’s always an issue. Any other branch they go to, it’s never a problem but for some reason, every single time I walk in the stores there’s always some sort of issue. I’ve stopped coming here even though it’s closer to my house just because these people can’t get it together

Excellent member service! I was so upset about the way the transition from BBVA was happening. When I went into the branch and sat down with Lisa Thomas, she diligently and politely worked to resolve my issues. She was so phenomenal with the way she handled the whole thing. Super graceful. The branch manager Ta’Therion Lomax-Jackson worked behind the scenes to make sure all my issues got resolved expeditiously. I highly recommend this branch, they will take care of all of your needs. Thanks Lisa and TJ for all of your help today. Y’all made it happen for real.

They don’t greet Asian customers at all. When was my turn all the agents walked straight back to the room and I think they had some discussions; You have my ID and debit card for withdraw, you shouldn’t be asking so much about anything, by the way there were none deposit/withdraw slips by the desk. At the same moment, a guy walked in for opening new account and they can’t do it. What? This place is ridiculously rude.

Autopay banking setup with this banking is not at all of any help it declines autopay leading one to have late payment history through the credit reporting while your funds sit in their bank, Better Business is any other banking in society, Ms. Thomas their black token is like long as its not her type when money issues happen

One word!!!CROOKS!!!Between fees and surcharges for this and that you end up with no money. Their services are suppar at best. Their app is terrible and most of the time it doesnt even work. Go else where.

Untrustworthy bank, gouges you on fees and will re-order your transaction posts to cause an overdraft when there wouldn't have been one otherwise. I went years without an overdraft and requested them to remove the fee and they refused. Terrible customer service.

I'm closing my account as we speak. Everytime I come up here it's always something. They're super slow!! Somewhat friendly. I came up here to get access into my safety deposit box, and they couldn't get it open!! So I had to come up here a week later to meet the locksmith!! Such an inconvenience. Please save yourself time and frustration by visiting another location!! I hate writing negative reviews but I cant take it!

First time visiting as a new customer. I was the only customer in the branch. I had a simple request; I wanted to reset my pin. Well, the 3 employees there made me take a seat and proceeded to place an outbound call as if they couldn't assist me first. Just stupid, all three of you

No one, except the Branch Manager Mattie Irving, has knowledge of how to do their job. Mattie, has been in banking over 20 years. When she doesn't know something, she studies up on and learns it for herself. I guess studying is an old school tactic because the younger generation working in the bank are clueless and have an "I dont care" attitude. The most wrong attitude to have when dealing with people's money. I first called PNC Doraville based on a recommendation. I called to open a special account and the phone rep informed me that she was not familiar with that and to call their 800 customer service line. I did just that and opened the account over the phone and online. After doing so, the customer service rep could not locate the account for 24-48 hours and told me that if I needed immediate access to visit the local branch. The same local branch I called in the 1st place. I visited and after spending several hours of dealing 3this and getting face to face with another rep at this branch who didn't know what he was talking about, I asked just to close the account. He informed me account was closed but I could not get a print out or proof that it was closed. I had made a monetary transfer from my existing account from another banking institution to this account to get it started. That money was transferred to this "closed" account. I checked the new account and it was still open, not closed. I had to come back twice to get it rectified and in doing so, they attempted to charge me $25 for closing the account. I was never informed of this and rep the 3rd time I visited the bank never updated me kn anything she was doing. She made phone calls., left me sitting while she spoke to management, and came back with limited updates. This takes the cake as worst bank experiences ever, topping Bank of America.
