I cannot emphasize how refreshing it was to go in and be Promptly/warmly greeted by the pharmacist technician.
They did not have my required medication, but took the time to find an order it for me. I was able to come in the next morning and pick it up.
I have come to dread going to pharmacies. The technicians are always in a sour mood. You have to wait ridiculous amount of time to be seen and then wait even longer for the script to be filled.
I will exclusively come to Kim’s pharmacy from now on based on this initial fantastic interaction and experience”
