I called Peach State in Doraville and Mark cross referenced a part for my headlight.Kenworth wanted me to purchase the entire headlight for $750+ tax just for the pig tail that plugs into the bulb.Mark literally ran the part down thru the system using just the type of bulb that my truck uses.I gota give it to Mark,he was relentless in his search.After a brief search,Mark located part #HAL 963 110 007 and it was five mins from my location in Forest Park.He not only saved me the trip,but most of all he saved me a BOAT LOAD of money.THANKS a million MARK!It's because of sales Reps like Mark,he puts the fun back into driving to help keep AMERICA MOVING!Mark you rock!!!

Incompetent idiots! We ordered a part, man said he had his hands on it, 3 hrs and 10 miles out of my way later 2 counter guys couldn't find it. Instead of atleast calling the guy that had it they say there's nothing they can do

Most of the customers services representatives I dill with whenever I visit Peach state are great. You are getting a 2 star because the markup on parts are ridiculous. I like to put genuine Detroit parts on my DD15, I normally don't mind before, but because of Corona, resection, inflation, I'm watching that bottom line like a hork these days. I went to get 3 parts today, I got the parts and they gave me a list of what I ordered. I thought the price was a bit high ridiculous, so I did a quick Google search. I'm seeing the same things for more than half the price in other stores. I just spent $279.45 on items that would have cost me $437.30 at Peach State Freightliner. People are tired of the crazy markups, people are tired of parts not being available and on back orders for 3 months. I spent $3800 on a used turbo because no frightening in the states have it in stock. This is crazy. You all get it together.

He went above and beyond to help with a part my girl and I needed for our truck, and made sure we weren't left stranded on the side of the road. This is a perfect example of a complete stranger going out of their way to help another human being. Mr. Burgamann must have had a great up bringing by some amazing parents who taught him well.
