“This Ace Hardware is fantastic. It is a family run business and I would much rather go here than the big box stores such as Lowe's where you get lost and there's no help around. Each time I have gone to this Ace I have been approached and asked what I needed help with. They are in the newly designed Chamblee Plaza on Peachtree Industrial. So glad they opened near me! Go see them you will be glad you did!”

I frantically show up to their store three consecutive days in a row to pick out colors for our home and Ed helped me the whole way through. Assisted in color options, offering his own advice and even stayed open late two times to help me get everything I need. Ed deserves a raise!!! Thank you Ed and BM staff!”
“It’s not a big box store. It’s a neighborhood hardware store. That being said they have enormous stock of products, a Good Garden center, Fix It and Handyman stuff galore, and isles of cutie things too. The employees are 10,000% kind and helpful. If they don’t know the answer to your question, they know which employee does.”

“Drove about 45 min to get Armstrong Clark stain samples (their three stores are the ONLY stocking locations in Georgia) and was greeted and helped by two of the kindest young men. They also had probably every sample color in stock. Other reviews said their customer service was great and it did not disappoint! They also carry TWP Stain. I have been researching deck stains and these both appear to be highly rated for the long term (no peeling, not fading quickly) and for ease of reapplication when needed (not needing to be stripped when reapplying). Will definitely be back once I settle on a color.”
“Me and my mom had the pleasure of working with Jaysen Robinson and he was WONDERFUL. Seriously, it was the easiest, most pleasant and fun paint experience I've ever had. (And picking paint can be really stressful)Jaysen has an eye for color that made picking wall, ceiling and trim a breeze. “I am here now picking up my paint but had to give appreciation and recognition to one of the associates Lindsey (I think that is how you spell her name) who has gone above and beyond to help me with my paint problem. I came yesterday to her flustered after realizing the paint color we chose did not do a good job with covering up the existing paint. She explained a lot of the possibilities as to why I may be having this issue and went above and beyond to help me come up with the right color to correct the problem. I have been to several Sherwin-Williams stores in the area but I will continue to come to this one just because of her excellent customer service.”
