First, Frank is such an incredible person, honestly the most helpful person I’ve gotten auto help from. To get it out of the way first, the job they did on my car was executed exceptionally and unbelievably quickly. My car is genuinely in perfect shape.
I noticed my clutch was slipping so I called 6-7 places asking for quotes. Ming’s gave me the best quote and explained the reasoning behind their prices in total, gave me options for what I needed/could get done. I needed a new clutch, a big job, and they were working on my car about 24 hours after that call when most places wouldn’t do it for a week or two. They kept calling me with updates along the way and told me other things they could do along the way. I brought my car in for a new clutch and got it back with the best clutch it could have, an oil change, a brake light, and pumped up tires. All for less than what other places wanted to charge me for the clutch alone. Thanks to Frank and Ming’s, the best auto service I’ve ever gotten. Thank you!

Vincent (Ming's son who runs the shop) and one of his techs named Juan took care of me. They were able to squeeze me in on a busy day and balanced my new wheels and tires with care.

I came here for the first time, but it won't be the last! Everyone, especially Frank, was kind and professional. My husband will be bringing his car too in the future for any work he needs done. This business is trustworthy, has very fair prices, and does excellent work. Highly recommend!

Mings hands down is the most honest and best experience I have ever had at a mechanic. I have been taking my cars here for well over 13 years. I have had small jobs done (o2 sensors, oil changes, brakes) and large (new engine). Up front prices honest opinions on if we should fix and fair prices. Vincent is always pleasant and so is his crew. As long as I have cars, I will be bringing them here

I have been going to Ming's for years now! The whole team does amazing work, they have great communication and I always feel like they are truly looking out for me as a customer. I never fear that I am getting overcharged here, which is a great feeling and is hard to find in a mechanic. Their wait times are also very fair, they don't rush their work, but they don't hold your car for weeks either. Recently, they have been working with me on bringing my 2003 Honda Element back to life and they have turned a situation that is usually very anxiety inducing into something much more manageable emotionally. Being willing to walk me through the process and break down exactly what they are doing and why is something that makes this shop so trustworthy for me. I highly recommend them :)

I had a great experience at Ming’s. They were fair with pricing and were very honest about repairs that were necessary versus ones that could wait. Auto shops that aren’t money hungry are difficult to find, but I trust the mechanics at Mings and their expertise. Will definitely only be bringing my car here !

I've not had work done on my car there... Yet. "But why the 5 stars?" You ask. Because based on a five minute conversation, a staff member was able to troubleshoot and diagnose correctly what was going on with my car, thus negating the work I was about to have done on said car. It was all because of the gas I was using. Eye opening indeed and ever since using the correct gas, the car has been running better. Who knew !? I will be back for my new tires and alignment for certain because I trust them and their knowledge.

I’m kinda late making this review but Mings did a great job getting my F150 fixed after telling me they couldn’t because they were busy lol I’m grateful and thankful that they could squeeze me in their schedule. They replaced my alternator, fixed my battery wiring harness and also replace and fixed my ABS sensor/cable! I will definitely be back!! 10stars
