I went on the 3rd to deactivate a phone line and the woman called Mary was the one who answered me and she was very rude, she was so busy with her phone that she didn't want me to interrupt her, she told me that they couldn't do anything about it because they canceled the line and To finish adjusting she is Central American after being an immigrant and treating migrants badly too HP I hope one day the roles don't turn around for you

I took my friend to get a new phone and it was stolen 9 days later It takes 30 days to get a replacement phone with the insurance so do yourself a favor don't get the insurance Just buy a new phone because really when you think about it what's worse 30 days of complete incompetent harassment or $250 for phone just by the the foam

O purchased their pet tracker after being told ot would constantly charge if hooked up in vehicle, but ot turns out only to be charged with 110 volt home charger. I took it back right away, but they said they could not refund the $20.70 activation fee even though their fault.

excellent customer service very kind people ... i was there when a woman started being very rude and loud to the workers at this location she wanted to return a charger that they did not sell there but she kept insisting she wanted money. The workers handled the situation well.

This Location has absolutely horrible customer service, that is amazingly absurd. I’m What one may consider My Own Personal Auditor who have Degree In Hospitality Tourism and Travel who at any given time will audit a Business to see where The Employee Staff stands with Customer Service Values and I had the opportunity to visit the Location on June 18, 2020 only to find out that the Customer Service is not in Good Standards and could cause major issues and concerns between the Consumer and The Business!!!!

A week ago I bought a charger in this store and the person who treated me gave me the wrong charger, I changed it again for the correct charger and they told me that they did not sell that type of charger, it was a lousy service, they reluctantly attended to me. With disrespect and even a female worker threatened to hit me, they refused to serve me in Spanish and threatened to call the police to take me away for the simple fact of looking Hispanic. This type of attitude is unfortunate. I would like some manager to take measures so that this type of situation does not happen again, the place leaves a lot to be desired.

I had the worst experience with a gentlman named javier who simply couldnt answer pricing questions. He told me simce he doesnt kmow the answer to my question i should leave. I asked for managment and was told "no, i can tell him my complaint" this was done in front of his collegue a petite nice latina. If management is out there ease contact me
