Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE! In Contrast to April 2018- Previously, THIS store HAD an Awesome Crew with Excellent Customer Service! Even Before you ENTERED the Store! Smiles, Eager to Welcome All - No signs of a Language barrier, Just READY to Satisfy the Customer! Especially as I NEEDED a new phone URGENTLY to Finalize my Aunt's FUNERAL arrangements in ANOTHER state, but I broke my phone. They even helped me get everything (apps downloaded- to my new phone, etc. and valued Me- as a long Time customer.. BEST DEAL - same Motorola phone & No - T-Mobile didn't Have any FREE PHONES.
THIS AM- Didn't even get A WELCOME , no Smile... DESPITE unbearable Pain( need hip surgery) I STOOD WAITING over 30-40 minutes.
They young man was working ALONE. ALL the TV & Online OFFERS for a Free phone- DESPITE having a 2nd line(Tablet) & not RECEIVING the 8 gigs of Hotspot -Only 5gigs/ mtgs.
He actually TOLD me I wasn't eligible til NEXT YEAR?? for a FREE phone- He DECIDED I HAD THE BEST PLAN ALREADY?? $70/ MTH Including my tablet Line... Then, SUDDENLY he couldn't find the Best choice of words in ENGLISH to Address/ explain Why HE HAD THE RIGHT to Decide WHAT PLAN WAS BEST for me.(??).. He was determined to MAKE me PAY- not HONOR ANY Offers from METRO nor TMoblie.
Of course I left- STILL with My Broken Motorola-phone.. Feeling some Additional unpleasantness.

This place is trash!!!! Never going back there again no help at all the employees act like its not their job or they dont have to do anything!!! Better off going somewhere else!! All they say is call customer service call customer service As if they cant do nothing.

The employee who helped me was a delight to work with, she knew what I wanted and exactly how to make it happen without having to ask anyone how to do it. She was bilingual and her English was excellent.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Also, fraudulent scammers. They illegally ran my credit without permission. I have Verizon but was assisting someone with an upgrade. Now I have to initiate a dispute. Do not patronize.

I took my friend to get a new phone and it was stolen 9 days later It takes 30 days to get a replacement phone with the insurance so do yourself a favor don't get the insurance Just buy a new phone because really when you think about it what's worse 30 days of complete incompetent harassment or $250 for phone just by the the foam

O purchased their pet tracker after being told ot would constantly charge if hooked up in vehicle, but ot turns out only to be charged with 110 volt home charger. I took it back right away, but they said they could not refund the $20.70 activation fee even though their fault.
