“The show room was open for an exclusive sale which had not been made in over 7 years. It pays to have connections. Nearly 50% off all their black series mattresses for Serta Simmons and Beautyrest, so we kinda went bananas. We ended up purchasing a C-Class mattress black and Redline series for less than half of what we paid for 6 years earlier. Also got 4 memory foam pillows called by Serta called Arctic Queen sized. When you touch them they feel cool to the touch. Very nice. Overall, a good value but still a costly shopping trip. At least our guest bedroom will finally be furnished and ready for visitors. The folks were super friendly and even gave our little one a couple of stuffed animals to take home. Nice! Can't wait to come here next year.”
“Joshua was very attentive to my individual preferences. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase and could take my time. Also in general I HIGHLY recommend going into a physical store for a mattress... even though online mattresses are trendy. It's not worth the risk and time.”

“I came to this Location in particular because of the great reviews I saw on google and I’m glad I did! Ms Shiovan is simply the best! 5 stars customer service from start to finish! I wasn’t 100% sure if I was going to make a purchase today at first but after talking to Ms Shiovan she made me feel really good and comfortable about my purchase. Originally I wanted to just buy one nice pillow, but I ended up getting two pillows and some really cool sheets with additional pillowcases. I definitely would come back when I’m ready to upgrade my home mattresses in the near future!”

When we went back to the store to try some different ones and return the one we had, Laney was so helpful, knowledgeable and understanding! “First of all, let me start by saying I worked in customer service for 10+ years. In the post-pandemic world it is hard to come by exceptional customer service. Also might I add, the store was clean, calm, and accessible.I literally went in to just test out some new mattresses, as my old one had come to an end, or at least my joints and bones rubbing together told me so.Kyle, the employee who helped me was patient, kind, answered all of my concerns, explained, and didn’t mind repeating himself, at times I need directions and instructions repeated and written down, which I greatly appreciate.My child got to try out the mattresses too, of course. Whew! Bless Kyles heart for letting a 2nd grader ask him a million and one questions. Not only were my mom and I advised greatly, we learned a lot. We were given great information, and now I will be returning back as soon as I can to get order my parents one as well!I am usually anxious about big purchases, but this one? I am so happy! Like Kyle said, you are investing in better health and wellness.If you are looking for top tier customer care, and an honest and knowledgeable salesman, ask for Kyle at the La Vista location.”
