Do not apply for a job. They do Identity theft/receive kick backs fees for a credit reporting business they "partner" with. They tell you to apply to the job with one specific link to that credit reporting that is not one of the 3 major agencies.
Plain and simply, they want you to apply to the position so they can get a kickback fee.

Machine was in their shop for a couple months. Paid to have a small adjustment/fix done for the back squeegee to rest flat on the floor. They said the repair was made.. picked it up and when we got back to our facility and did a test run the squeegee still rests at the exact same angle. Poor communication and poor execution. Will add follow up if Janilink rights their wrong.

They have no one to service the units in the state of MA.They direct you to many different repair stores all have no relationship with Janilink.The online support Via email is poor.I have a broken 6k unit with no options for support. I have been in email contact with a rep from Jani for 9 days.

I call their location in Atlanta Georgia this morning. Tje guy answered the phone then he hung up on me. I called back to ask about a floor polishing machine, when I was done getting the information that I needed, I simply ask him if he works on commission so that I could call him to give him the sale. His response was this is 2022 people don't do orders over the phone anymore. Place your order on the internet, then he hang up

Staff not helpful at all. I called today to ask a question and the guy laughed at me. Only to end up sounding stupid because he was wrong. Any time I go in there and ask for help, no one seems to know anything. Just go to US janitorial supply down the street.
