First of all keep in mind any services to your equipment take 2-6 weeks all year around so if you need your equipment on the field probably you will be better off buying somewhere else with that being said.Bought a blower recently and barely used and it stopped working so i took it back and was advised repairs would take about 2 weeks i followed up on week 3 and i was advised repairs were not completed because they were waiting on a spark plug, thinking that was outrageous i brought it to them with in 15 minutes then i was advised it would be ready that same day or next day the latest. I called 3 days after and they said they found out the problem was something else ( which clearly showed me they had not bothered to diagnose the machine properly). Tomorrow is week 5 and I received a text that the blower is ready ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH.We are currently expanding and best believe we are taking our business somewhere.Very disappointed Jeff.

I never leave a review but I'm not feeling good and I believe others should know about this store/"manager".I'm not sure if it's the pregnancy that is making me feel so sensitive or that in fact the "manager" Jeff was very rude. I wanted to return and equipment because after buying multiple ones it's always the same THING they stop working after a day or two so we started buying a new brand but he said he cannot accept broken equipment but he said that he could fix it which would take 2-3 weeks and I could sell it somewhere else if I needed the money, I asked to speak with someone else to get another option or response because I didn't want the equipment anymore and he said well I'm the manager and what I'm telling you is the only option you got.I was asking for credit from the store to buy oil because we're not buying any equipment from this store anymore.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. Bad service.The service is very bad, I wanted to return a blower after 5 days of purchasing it, in fact it is the fifth one that has been damaged that I have bought from them but Mr. Jeff Mitchell "manager" has no compassion, he was very abrupt saying that I could not take things broken or damaged that if I wanted he would repair it but it would take 3 weeks and that he would sell it somewhere else but he was not going to give me credit or take it back I asked to speak to someone else to obtain what I was looking for which was to get credit from the store because of the equipment he was returning but he came out with the fact that he was the manager and the only option I had was the one he was giving me.

El servicio es muy malo, quería regresar un soplador después de 5 días de haberlo comprado de echo es el quinto que se me daña que compro con ellos pero el señor Jeff Mitchell "manager" no tiene compasión fue muy brusco diciendo que no podía tomar cosas quebradas o dañadas que si yo quería me lo reparaba pero que tomaría 3 semanas y que lo vendiera en otro lado pero que no iba a darme crédito o tomarlo para atrás pedí hablar con alguien más para obtener lo que yo buscaba que era agarrar crédito de la tienda por el equipo que estaba devolviendo pero salió con que el era el manager y la única opción que tenía era la que el me estaba dando

I have been shopping with Howard Brothers for probably 40 some years. Great place great people. I have seldom not found what I was looking for there. The Howard family and all their workers are a great team.

Took months to "repair" a walk behind mower. When I picked it up, the mower deck was scraping the pavement. They then discovered a broken weld and "fixed" that. It lasted one mow before the new weld broke. I was told it would take three weeks to make it right. Purchased many a Honda generator from HB, but we clearly picked the wrong place for service. Never again.

Great place to get a key cut. Needed a key cut for my semi truck and dealer part store couldn't do it. But this store save me so much time and headache and I really appreciate that ?

Salesmen Jeff and Richard are worthless, it was like pulling teeth getting anything from the two over the phone when i was 3 hours away. If another dealer had the mower I would've went there. Before I loaded up my new mower (by myself) I told them it was out of fuel and would not start and I pretty much was called a liar. After they seen it had no fuel some guy comes out with a 1 gallon gas can and put a splash (no joke about 1 cup) of fuel in it. I loaded my mower and I won't be back

Salesmen Jeff and Richard are worthless. They need to be out digging ditches instead of selling stuff because it was obvious they didn't wanna sell me something when I'm 3 hours away. If they didn't have the only mower I wanted I would've went elsewhere.
