I had a horrible experience financing a car with these people . They took my car (which i had already payed $1800 in downpayment) because i didnt pay 500$ a day after it was due . I had called and asked if i could pay online because i was out on a trip and could not pay in person they said no , they said i had to come in person so i asked if it was ok i payed on saturday ( i called on a wednesday the day the payment was due ) the lady said it was fine , the next day i came back from my trip because my son got really sick and took him to the hospital, when i came back my car was gone from the parking lot and so i called and asked if they had taken the car they said yes because i was behind a payment , i got upset because i had called beforehand . Then when i was trying to get my car back and tried to pay the full amount they said it would take 24-72 hours to get my car back after i made the payment so i waited , and waited about 3 days then on a saturday i went in person and asked for my car back after i had the full amount payed , they said no that it was going to take longer and that now i had to pay 400$ EXTRA because of them having to pay the tow truck , I said id pay it i just wanted my car back they said to call back on tuesday since they were closed mondays so i did , and they said they decided to not keep financing that car with me and they decided to sell it . I asked for my money back and they said they would not give it back for whatever reason . These people are unbelievable and cruel.

Horrible experience. We called ahead of time going into the dealership to see what the requirements were. They stated an ID (passport, state ID, or license) I stated my husband had a license but it was suspended the girl on the phone said it was no problem at all as long as we came with any other ID and the down payment. We went and we got there wasted 2 hours for them to tell us he can’t get the car because his license is suspended. WHEN THEY SAID ON THE PHONE IT WAS NO ISSUE AT ALL. they could have simply told us that on the phone instead of wasting 2hrs there. They offered us Uber back home, which we are thankful for. They need better customer service. While we were there another customer had an issue with them mixing up the VIN numbers on the car when they had gotten insurance already and they weren’t able to take the car because of the mixed up VIN numbers. They need to do better.
