Unsafe place, dirt in the complex, no surveillance or security cameras, apartments with cockroaches, the attention from some people who work there is terrible, the children's park is broken and full of garbage, the soccer field is damaged and Dirty, the gym works during their working hours and not at people's convenience, a terrible experience in these months of living here.

The only clean thing there is the administration, the rest is only dirt, garbage everywhere, the children's park full of garbage smell of urine, the floors of the entrances to the buildings full of cobwebs as if they never fumigate, apartments with cucacharas, they do not do the due process, they delay for maintenance, the people of the administration treat people as if they were brutes especially JANNETTE they do not even let them talk, since this is private property they should have cameras in parks and other areas of the complex, people in the pool that are not of the set, noises of people taking in the parking lots, for this there should be cameras, mails they put giving information but they do something else, they say they do not like to play with their time but they do play with ours?
Besides, the children's footboard is broken, if my son gets hurt, who answers?

I literally just moved in the other day and I can say that I’m honestly impressed. Some of the reviews had me a little concerned since I was already trying to get away from a bad move in situation with clogged sinks, roaches and a lot of police presence due to recent shootings. However, since working with Alexis Martin, she’s been on her pivot since the first interaction! I was having issues getting her all of the info she needed to fully clear my application due to my former complex’s being understaffed and not responding back with the confirmation of my residency. We both worked together to make sure all documents were received. She also made sure everything was properly handled and replaced based on all of the issues I addressed to her from my previous experience at the other complex. So despite a couple of delays, Alexis made sure it was worth the wait! I can’t complain and would definitely recommend her if you’re looking here.

Either the time that they open is wrong on google or they just don’t like answering the phones right when they open because I’ve called at least 10 times and can’t get in touch with anyone.
Update: was finally able to get someone on the phone after calling 11 times. But the lady I spoke to today is the same lady I spoke to yesterday and she’s been helping me so much. Thank you ma’am!!

Good morning, The property has become unsafe, the park is full of people who do not live here, at least when the cameras were used there was a little control, now it is too late the park is full of men and fighting and to top it all off they even have dogs There, you arrive from work, there is nowhere to park because there are many cars occupying the parking lot. I know that if we as a community let them know what is happening, surely they can do something and we could be with our children in the park, with more peace of mind, thank you very much for reading me.

Edit May 10: due to a mixup with final payment procedure as a result of the property being late with sending the document with amount and instructions, I am owed a refund of over $1000. Two emails and a voice mail have gone unanswered and they do not pick up the phone. I went in person and received excuses and blaming from Alexis and no beginnings of resolution at all. It has been over a week and I have no response from management at all. I am writing here because they responded to my review faster. I have reported the false advertising with the gate (see review below) to the BBB and will file another complaint if I do not get a refund soon. Absolute lack of support from the office is what you get after being a perfect tenant for your entire lease. This place is all appearances with the nice office and quick leasing but the dirty apartments, dirty grounds, and zero customer service after you sign are the reality. To the property: don't respond to this review- please just ask Jeannette to answer my email so I can finish all business with you.
I wish more attention to detail had been used before we moved in a year ago because we had to place maintenance requests to fix faulty doors, broken outlets, and peeling countertops as soon as we moved in. The maintenance team does respond very quickly and thoroughly though. We had roaches and pest control supposedly came but nothing really changed. We ended up buying Combat bait stations and that worked. The inside of the cabinets was dirty and there were rodent droppings under the kitchen sink (thankfully no actual rodents). A lot of trash was left in the outdoor heater closet too. Had to do a lot of cleaning. After all this the unit felt fine. The laundry room has been kept considerably cleaner and the trash service has been consistent. However, the following deal-breakers have made me decide not to renew:
My unit is next to a rec area and it gets really loud in the evening/night. People fill up the parking and scream, honk their horns, look into my windows, leave their beer bottles and food waste in the lot, and play explicit music very loud (kids live here, it's across from an elementary school). So don't get a unit close to the public areas if that doesn't sound good.
When I moved in I was told the gate would be fixed in 2 weeks- it has been a year and it is still broken. So it is effectively *not a gated community* even though they continue to advertise it as such on the website (look under "Amenities"). They've hired a security guy but sometimes I see them at the entrance, sometimes I don't.
Also, either people like to backfire their cars all the time or there are a lot of gunshots. If it's cars it's super annoying and if it's the latter- do with that what you will.
The bottom line is that it's a cheap place and management appears to be improving but many issues still stand. Maybe some people luck out but I don't think I did.
Editing on March 26: I changed my review from 2 stars to 1 because of two things that have happened since I posted. 1- yesterday I came home and found that some art on my dining area wall was crooked/upside down. Then I realized management had changed the fuse box without notifying that anyone would be working in the apartment prior. I don’t know how they managed to knock frames off of a separate wall. There are dirty fingerprints on the wall too.
2- today when I came home from work I noticed they placed a sign on the front gate telling residents to call 911 if they see suspicious activity, while the gate is STILL broken and the community is open to anyone 24/7. What a joke. I must reiterate that management still claims this is a gated community on the website. They should save the expenses from the signs and the “on site security” and fix the gate! Listen to the negative reviews. It’s not worth it.

This complex may be good for short term rentals but definitely not long term. There is a lot of plumbing problems, molding, and bug issues. It is very gross and when you ask the leasing office to fix the problem, they don't fix it properly and it ends up coming back. It is actually very hard to get a hold of the leasing office. Even when I was moving, they made my experience very difficult. The scenery is also pretty bad and the gate is always open for anybody to go through (which is not safe). Some of the people who live there are very dirty and would leave trash anywhere.
