They got me in and out and staff was pleasant and friendly! I did go in the middle of the week, early morning, so there wasn’t too many folks in front of me. Their waiting area could be more tidy, however it’s convenient there’s a cafe/bakery next door to accommodate for the wait time.

Complete idiots. Overfilled our transmission fluid and the truck was unusable. We had to scrap it for 1/8th of what we paid for the truck and had to get a new car. If I had the means I would sue. MORONS.

Don't come here. Save your time, there's plenty of competition on the same road. They'll turn down small small work by saying it's a 2 hour wait all while half the crew sits around. Being a fleet vehicle we are barred from plugging our own tires. Its a 5 minute job at max. So their lack of service is appalling. You can rest assured we are switching our fleet over to someone else.

These people are dishonest! After I had a tire pressure sensor diagnosis done at toyota for my Toyota tacoma I decided to get them replaced at firestone because they were a little less pricey. When I arrived at firestone I met Jose, who was very rude and annoyed that I did not want another diagnosis done but instead just wanted to replace the two bad sensors that toyota diagnosed. Toyota said Sensor ID 1 and sensor ID 2 need to be replaced, when I told Jose that he immediatly said, "Well tell me which tires that are" instead using the sensor reader to find out he made me call toyota. Toyota had me on hold for a long time, so long that eventually Jose told me he would only charge me $10 to find out which sensors were ID 1 and ID 2, and since I was in a hurry I agreed to have him check. it only took him 30 seconds to find out that it was the front two tires, but suprisingly he also said that I needed a third sensor replaced. According to Jose the spare tire sensor needed to be replaced as well. I became suspicious because I just came from Toyota and they said it only needed two sensors replaced. And when I asked him to scan the spare tire sensor again so that I can see it, he started making all kind of excuses. I decided to pay the $10 and take my car to "The Discounters" who were very professional and checked the sensors again (free of charge) and just like toyota confirmed that the truck only needs two sensors replaced. I will never go to firestone again and I highly recommend that you don't either!

Wonderful people and the service was very fast. Needed 2 tires put on rims and was cheap. It only took them 20 minutes and was in and out. I'm able to put the tires on my trailer and get home safely. Thank you Firestone!

This company has workers that don’t complete proper inspections or services. I came in for an oil change which includes a 19 point inspection with the service (checking for fluids, leaks, etc.) but they NEVER did the full inspection. I even mentioned the inspection to the worker since there was a weird sound coming from my car. When I left Firestones my car was still making that weird sound even though I was told everything was good followed by a confirmation email. I had someone else take a look at my car and found out the noise is because my car was extremely low on steering fluid along with other fluids that’s included in Firestone’s inspection. I’m disappointed that the workers didn’t even bother to do the complete inspection which could’ve resulted in a dangerous situation. Negligent company

DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE!! They put the wrong oil filter on my car and blew up my engine. They took no responsibility for putting on the wrong filter. They only care about the bottom line.Service: Oil change

Management is good but the technicians are horrible every time I get an oil change it’s always something wrong where I have to bring the car right back in the same week and it gets frustrating!

I came for flat tire repair last year, and they damaged my wheels, no one at store wanted to take responsibility and I tried to contact customer service for help, no one said anything, the employee at this store told me that damaging the wheel was not a big deal during the work afterwards, they just want to get away with it, so never come to this store or this brand, they are very unprofessional, I am sure I am not the the last customer they lose
