I bought a Buddha pendant from these guys for 3k. They have a buy back policy and these guys wouldn’t even let me back in the store. Take your money elsewhere. Worst customer service ever

I love jewelry and went in there looking for a chain for a name plate I own. OMG these people were so rude. I don't know anyone's name but I asked a middle-aged lady with a ton of make up on, if she had curb chains for a name plate I have. She wouldn't even make eye contact with me and said, "no. we don't work in 14kt gold," which I didn't even ask her that, nor did I say it was 14kt gold. It felt like she was shaming me, however, I still asked about how pricing worked and she said, "pick a design" and I said, "ok, just don't want tp be rude to the man being shown stuff on that counter." Still no eye contact and she looked so annoyed. So I went over the the counter, found something and she was gone. I tried to look for someone else to help me but to no avail. I left wondering, "what just happened?" Came on here and I see the reviews are pretty consistent with what I experienced.

Today I went into the shop and there was a very funny and cute lady and uncle helping me. Then I started seeing that lady's face and saw that her eyes hated talking and her son was also very rude. So I went somewhere else to buy it.
Don't come to this store. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, SPECIALLY THAT OLD WOMEN.

My wife and I bought our diamond ring here and it was cheaper and better quality than other jewelry store that's around. In my opinion, the service is top notch! It looks like a family own business and they are wonderful! I would love to come here again!

Best people to deal with in the Atlanta area for gold and diamonds fair pricing and not pushy like others. They have a lot of gold chains and a-lot of lose Diamond that they can customize and mount same day. No where can I get better service. Duc Hai is a guru! He's very knowledgeable on Diamond qualities and not pushy like the others that's why I love coming to him every time I visit Atlanta. Love love love!

We walked in and wasn't even greeted. There was 3 people in the front with customers. No one said anything to us the entire time, we just walked around looked at some bracelets and walked right back out.

I came in on Monday and looked at a bracelet. I have been eyeing this bracelet for months and it has always been the same price. A very sweet older woman helped me with it this particular time and quoted me a price of $1000. I went to the ATM to get the cash to pay for the price she quoted me and came back on Friday to purchase all the way from Atlanta. I arrived cash in hand ready to purchase and another set of women were there. One with a short blonde bob helped me and pulled the bracelet out and told me it was too small for my wrist (even though I’ve tried it on before). We fastened it and she told me it was too small but it was fine and mobile on my wrist. I told her I wanted to get it and she smirked at me and told me it was too small. I told her I wanted to get it, period and the other woman, middle aged with shoulder length brown hair and blonde-ish highlights told her the bracelet was $200 more than I was quoted. I explained to the women there that this was not the price I was told and that I had the cash in hand for the price I was given. She took $50 off of what she told me. I explained to her that what I had was what I had. I was not going back to the ATM for more. She didn’t budge so now I’m leaving, with no bracelet. Everyone there was very rude and accusatory and even smirking at me as I told them that this was not the price I agreed on. I will not be returning to this jewelry store and will just hold onto my $1000. That’s far too much money to spend for such poor customer service.
