I've been coming to this doctor since Dr.Shih's late father was running this place. Always been loyal but as of late there have been too many misdiagnoses and mistakes on top of the front staff being rude. Long story short my brother came here and was sent home being told it wasn't anything serious and given some medication after coming in with pain in his abdomen. A few days later he ended up having to go to the hospital for a few days and was told he had colon cancer. The hospital stay and seeing specialists have exceeded $100,000 being that he doesn't have insurance and that's the main reason why most people come to this doctor. No apology no call to check on him, nothing. My last visit I came I was told I had anxiety/depression and after taking medication I didn't feel better so I had to go see a specialist and got an endoscopy and colonoscopy and found out I have a stomach ulcer and that's why I was having pains not because of anxiety/depression. They lure you in with an $80 consultation fee then charge you 10x the cost on generic medications. This time they gave me a medicine I was allergic to and almost ended up in the hospital. I’m allergic to penicillin and they gave me augmentin which is in the amoxicillin family. I should have listened to others when they told me not to go here but now I learned after several mistakes.
