Just got our new Vita Hot Tub delivered and installed. We are extremely happy with the entire experience with Atlanta Spa & Leisure. Sam Goodoien was our sales rep and he is very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. The delivery guys were careful, professional and prompt. Overall a top notch experience with a top notch company!

We recently went to the Gas South Convention Hot Tub Expo to purchase a Hot Tub.Our experience from the purchase till now has been outstanding. From Cindy our sales representative , to our installers Austin, Charles and Lee for making sure our hot tub was installed perfectly. I would especially like to recognize Keith the Logistic Manager. Since we are an elderly couple with some health issues. Keith took the time to drive to our house and guide us through the operating procedures. Now this is what I call a Best in Class Operations and proof that Team work make the dreams work for customers like us. Your company deserves 10 stars instead of 5.Thank you Atlanta Spa and Leisure for taking care of us.

The experience that I have from my sell too service is outstanding. Brett and his team are amazing. I had purchased my hot tub during covid. He made me aware that things were backed up but he never promised on nothing that Atlanta Spa could not deliver. From the sell to setup and minor follow-up they have met and exceeded. Highly recommend this guys for your Spa needs. Thanks so much.

We took some time looking at different spas and companies. Very glad we traveled to ATL and found Atlanta Spa & Leisure. Selection was great. Casey is very knowledgeable and helped answered our question both before our purchase in September and still to this day. Delivery and set up was great as well.

I had a great experience with Atlanta Spa & Leisure. They coordinated all aspects of my spa installation project: preparing the deck (which included cutting out my existing deck for a “sunk-in” install), electrical, delivery and install, and a helpful on-site tutorial on maintenance. All done with the upmost professionalism. Brett at the store is a pleasure to work with and I really like the spa he helped me select. I highly recommend.

We are happy to have found Atlanta Spa & Leisure. We had no idea where/how to shop for a hot tub, but these nice people held our hands the whole way through basic explanations, recommendations that turned out to be spot on, and even delivery of the tub to our mountain deck on a crane! Highly recommend.

5 stars does’t begin to describe the level of service from the team at Atlanta Spa and Leisure!! Keith was there to get me started and steered me in the right direction. Brett was phenomenal at asking the right questions in order to fit me for the best spa for all my needs and budget. The delivery guys were top notch. This has been a great experience!!! I didn't like the prices or the 3 yr warranties on their hot tubs when every other company around has 5 yr warranties on their products. The sales guy said his spas were better than ThermoSpas. I guess so.... ?

We bought a MasterSpa 19”D a couple of months ago. Tim was very helpful and professional. He helped us get the best deal possible (at least I think so, which is what matter ;). We had a small leak once we got the swim spa up and running, which they made a priory to come out and fixed very quickly. They had to drain it a bit and left extra chemicals for the refill. So far, everyone who I’ve dealt with (technicians and sales) has went out of their way to help. Great customs service and I am very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend.

It's easy to see why this place is rated 5 star. They are incredible. It's rare these days to experience a company that proves how much they want your business. They go above and beyond.Every person I spoke to was amazing, helpful and kind.Casey handled my purchase. He did a great job. I was out of state, so he had extra hurdles. He sent pics and emailed specs and called on his day off and even got a rush delivery. They even hauled away the old tub.Buy from this company- you will not be disappointed.
