Just called there to inquire about some wheels and tires and the young guy who answered the phone was very rude. With bad service like that they will be out of business soon and I will take my money to a company that appreciate my business.

Waited 2 hrs. They patched 2 tires and 1 still leaks. So problem not solved. 1 guy doing his best to make things happen while 2 older guys come to the front and 1 never speaks to anyone and the other starts barking out orders while I'm standing there for 20 minutes just to get a ticket printed out so I can get back to work.

Their name is Atlanta Commercial Tire. You know, I suppose the prices are decent because otherwise my boss wouldn't send me and his truck and trailer there. And I'm seldom there more than two hours for a tire repair. I could complain about the surly office workers, customer service reps or whatever, but I wont, Because that's normal for a blue-collar business in Georgia. Except that one counter guy: heavyset, been there less than a year. Always makes me wait, often to just rearrange the work orders on the countertop. And he puts out a vibe that says: (a) I'd rather be sleeping; (b) i'm really irritated that you're standing across the counter from me. Today when I went to hand him a work order, he opened his hand but did not extend his arm, And just blinked at me, like a sleepy t-Rex. Do better.

Ordered 6 16ply tires. They installed 4 16ply tires and two 14ply tires and didn't bother to tell me until I went into pay. My rear axle doesn't need 16ply so it works but not pleased. I have an RV and they got black handprints and footprints all over the seats, dash, floor and on the outside near wheel opening and even some random place down the side. They have one small bay so they work in the driveway for big vehicles. Nothing like the picture on the website.

Waited in line for over an hour for a replacement tire, was skipped multiple times.tire tech moves like he hates his job and they had the nerve to call this establishment first come first serve smh never again
