I just called to check if they have availability to rent a car and the lady who answered the phone didn’t even say good morning. I told her I needed a car for a friend’s driving test at the DDS. She said “we can’t do that” and hung up. That’s RUDE. She didn’t even let me explain that the car would be on my name (full licensed driver) and would be exclusively use for the test.I may understand that you do not allow to use your cars for driving test but hey. Customer service is essential in a business.

We rented a car here a while back and we’re headed back to the rental agency today. The customer service was top notch, the car was awesome. Great experience overall.

Worst rental place please run. Each timeI rent the car breaks down. But now I realized they track the vehicle as you use it & will SHUT THE CAR DOWN without your knowledge if they want it returned. Regardless of your reservation. Regardless if you choose the option to “extend your reservation” each day. You don’t receive your security deposit back either. Will be suing when I get some time.

Don’t rent from here they’ll harass you for payments. They boost up prices as well if you don’t pay same day after extension.
