Better than the Harley Davidson where I bought my motorcycle in Huntsville, Alabama that knew the part was broken but wouldn’t help me fix it before leaving on this road trip to visit my wife during her traveling nurse job! But these guys here did everything they could to help me see what they could do to get me what might work and we found something. I’m Sorry I’m bad with names or I would give the nice gentleman’s name that helped me with trying to figure things out with the air hose yesterday, just wanted to say thank. Even though I got the air hose changed out and the Shocks themselves are just still no good, but I did my part and found the air line that was broken and at least found someone willing to help. “Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant! Needed to replace license plate light bulb for 2009 Eclipse, could be ticketed as equipment violation. Bulb was original to car, no longer had identifiers on it. The NAPA person was determined to find the bulb in their extensive inventory, which he did! Very appreciative! Will definitely go there first for any future needs.”
